Yes,for ur kind information, I'd like to say that u first install a software from ownskin.com and download some animated themes from there and see whether nokia and symbian can use animated wallpaper or not......hope u can do this.......

sad but true animation can not be setted as wallpaper at 3250!
Yup,its realy a grt weak point of 3250.

Pls can anyone tell me if its possible to set animation pictures as wallpaper for this phone. Anytime i set it, the picture does not animate. If its not possible then this sure is a weak point for this otherwise nice phone.

Try this and lets see if it works. Go to Tools>App.mgr. Highlight Web and go to option and select Remove. This will uninstall the browser. Switch your phone off and on again then re install the web browser.

viperkid, ive tried to change the date to jan 2006, it doesnt work,however changing to feb01,2007 its now ok. i can now install themes without any error "certificate expired".

thanks viperkid. i also had a problem with my web browser application. i accidentally delete the web browser by pressing C. i cant recover that apps which is very useful for me.I seach the WEB browser apps in the nokia site, but now i encountered problem. As i start the WEB application it goes fine. but when i click on the "OPTIONS", the application suddenly closed, i cant edit anymore my WEB bookmarks. hope anyone can help me...

first, try to adjust the date on your phone to Jan 2006 or earlier then try to install d themes once again. im sure u'll b able to install those.. hop dat helps

@mel,
i myself also facing such a problem! What ever, but few of my themes are installing and few are not. I dont think its a problem of mobile may be the themes have a time band certificate! Because,not only you but also me is facing same problem. So i think the problem is with those themes.

hi, my fone is great!but i had a problem in installing themes. i downloaded themes from www7.ownskin.com. this was not the first time that i download themes from that site and it was fine a few months ago, but for now an error appeared "expired certificate". can anyone help me on this. how can i have certificates?

This fone has good features but the cover is abit toooo weak - breaks into pieces (on it's own)

i think your phone memory become increased. When phone memory increase it hampers the speed of the phone! Better,u transfer all ur sms to memory card and select mem card for message memory.
And dont install any software at phone mem. Install at mem crd.
if u hv installed so many software and themes at phone mem,its wise to delet and reinstall it to mem card.

Opening of contacts (Phone Book)is very very slow not withstanding the large memory capacity. kindly advice me on how to improve the speed.

formate your memory card from pc. Then insert it making your phone off.
Turn on the phone.
hop it wil work.
sometimes the mem card is defective,if so,then you cannot formate it at pc.

hello man. Yup 3250 is realy a great phone.
firmware is the portion which links between software and hardware,so by upgrading firmware mobile company can remove the previous problem of the set!
what ever,my firmware is 3.23 , and the latast is 4.14.actualy 3.23 is somehow better than 4.14,so im not planning to upgrade the firmware now! I will try it when the firmware will be 5,xx!
you can upgrade firmware by 2 way. One is by your pc and a high speed internet connection.
you have to download a software by clicking the upgrade software of new pc suite. Then you will download it and upgrade the software!
other simple way is, if you have warranty, then go to nearest nokia care and upgrade it free!

its sound is good but my problem is that it is not recocnising the memory card
