this set is very bad for camera. i m using this set. when u will snap anything most of the time it will hang and then u have to swithed off. photo quality is also not so good

this is a very poor phone. very poor battery backup. Too costly fpr its features.. and you know what -- every month i spend 220 bucks with a nokia care outlet which claims that there is a vrus - all this when i dont have a memory card or even GPRS on my phone -- paid 9000 bucks to get a non-functional phone

I HAVE HAD 4 ! all absolutely appalling all on orange some of them just literally fell apart screws missing software faults the front fell off one these absolutley abismal do not buy this phone its awful and the 6500 slide is much heavier but so far had 2 from orange this one touch wood is very good the card reader fell off the first one . its up to you but I would say dont buy this phone its faulty all of the batch I had were terrible

when i change my memory cards i have to wait for more than 5min for the fone 2 do anything & when i switch it on.

I can't type the numbers 7,8, and 9 from my phone. Everytime i type those keys either I go back to the previous page or the application gets closed completely. This is affective to messages, games and internet and all the other applications in the phone. Because of this i can't even type a phone number.does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Purchased the phone almost one year back and still facing no problem. Features were fine at its price tag.
One should not expect SLR like pictures in a mobile phone.

I have had this phone for over a yr n found it very useful...no problems with it. I disagree with all those who have made negative comments abt it.

Honest,am awed @ such negative comments abt this incredible little device.i dont think they are all true.six months after purchase, am yet to experience any of these problems.Thank you nokia,am obsessed about the device.its just Wwaaaaaooooohh!

this is certainly a very good phone for an average user and the picture quality is also fair for the price you may be paying. however, the issues i`ve been facing are the non-working buttons on the set and the poor battery. its been 1 year since i have this fone and dont remember using the power button even once as it is never working. due to this reason i have to keep it fully charged bcos once its off, only the vendor can turn it on. the volume button also does not work occasionally. the battery is really bad.. the battery will be out and done before you know it
