Anil,
Check your email. I've just sent a link to a step by step solution to a bluetooth bug for Nokia series 60 phones. I hope this helps you.
By the way, if you are using IrDa then you should enable in mRouter the IrDa port. If you are using BT then enable only the Com ports used in your BT settings.
Also, download and use only the latest IrDa or BT drivers.
This might sound strange, but some people have succeeded by using other manufacturers' drivers for connecting PC with 3650!
Good luck!

@lix,
I've downloaded a 25MB video to my 3650. PC suite converted it into 1.4MB!!! So, the limited memory in 7650 should not be a much problem to watch (with sound!) some videoclips. Copy the file to the folder Videoclips and use RealOne to watch it. Enjoy!

@Anil,
There is a way to connect 3650 to Nokia PC suite via Infrared (this is easy but the connection speed is not that great) AND via bluetooth.
Check that you are using the same Com ports in your bluetooth software local settings and in Nokia mRouter (access it via the tray after you have installed PC suite).

Indeed, you can't compare 7250 with 3650: these are totally different phones. You should compare 3650 with P800. Now, if you want a stereo phone and touchscreen, and money is not an issue, then P800 is the best. Otherwise, 3650 is the choice.
Except those software bugs, Nokia has managed to "modify" the bluetooth standard. The result is several hours of desparate work trying to connect bluetooth headsets and USB to BT adapers properly with Nokia phones.
Hey Nokia, what about testing your phones properly before introducing them to consumers? How about fixing those bluetooth bugs? I'm sure, several people had trouble with this.

7250 = series 40 = very bad connectivity, no bluetooth, cant connect with other phones to send photos!! It's a rubbish compared to the series 60... I think P800 is just the best right now.
I also have several system errors and crashes, but that is really NORMAL in nokias, as they ALWAYS have software bugs. I think the less problematic phone was the 3310...

Bought the phone, played with it, connected with it and sold it, my overall experience of the 3650 was it was annoying but that was mainly down the the keypad but i expected problems. i had a few system errors and crashes noticiably in the xhtml browser, in my experience i compared loading times to my 7650 and believe it or not the 7650 was quicker! but the 3650 had the recording function that is ok and the series 60 interface is good. overall id still swap it for the 7250 or although i hate to say it and i am a nokia maniac, a sonyericsson P800 but im deciding right now but ill think very closely about the 7250.

Anil,
As far as I know 3650 doesn't play directly in divX format. However, you can watch movies by copying movie files via PC Suite to phone. The movies are converted then into 3gp format and compressed (small and handy). Now use RealOne player and enjoy!

lix,
I have already made my choice: 3650!
I think 3650 is more professional in terms of features. As to design, I'm happy with 3650. Why don't you go to a shop, take both phones and ask the pretty girl to assist you... You might end up buying a Samsung S300...

Hi lix,
Look at this comparison:
1. 3650 is new, 7650 is old
2. 3650 is triband, 7650 is only dualband
3. 3650 has expandible memory (128MB), 7650 none
4. 3650 is lighter (130g), 7650 is hevier (154g!)
5. 3650 has exchangable covers, 7650 none
6. 3650 is cheaper, 7650 is not.
Add on this that 7650 remains VERY limited, because of the memory, while 3650 can carry tons of applications, music and games for your pleasure.
You make the conclusion.
