Sometime when i pickup phone and unlock it via fingeprint, it unlocks as well as turns on flashlight. Why ?

      My phone's on Vodafone (Ireland) ,yet it's an unlocked phone.
      Suprised no updates has there has been always updates up until last month.
      Not seeing updates no ,makes me less hopeful that will get the android p update whenever it's released

        Have a problem in adjusting the exposure when locking to an object in camera apps after upgrading, the camera display cannot respond exposure changes.. also the brightness button (scroller) in the touch focus didn't responsive.

          Still no Android 8.1 download for Nokia 5 in the UK .

          If you have Nokia 5 in the UK and have updated to Android 8.1 please advise which phone network your using and if your phone is Sim Free or locked to a Network.

          My Nokia 5 and that of my Husband are both Sim Free using o2 Contract Sims. Both phones supplied by Carphone Warehouse.

            I have bought this phone 1 month so far it has been quite cool, Build quality is amazing, OS performance is quite satisfactory and camera result is really amazing.

                the battery needs an electric shock . For example if the battery voltage is 6V then it needs about 9 volt charging for 1 min or 1.5 min
                then it wakes up and can be charged by it's own charger .
                USEFUL INFORMATION :
                IF we want to store a battery for long time it must have 35% charge and every 45 days we must use this battrey to 5% charge then charge it again up to 35% and store it for 45 days

                  The top reason for bought nokia 5 is it has NFC with the price below $200 (plus I get a promo, a powerbank)
                  Pros.
                  NFC!!!!
                  Good design, comfort to grip with single handed
                  Battery enough for a day consumption

                  Cons.
                  Low quality of camera
                  16 GB internal storage
                  Slipery (buy a rubber case!!)

                        After 1 month of use: EXCELLENT BUILD! TOP notch! Even the "bend" test... won't bend a millimeter!
                        That said...
                        - SLIPS! (had to buy a back skin... even cheapest phones come with one... shame on you nokia!)
                        - Heavy! (i miss my old ZTE BLADE plastic android! 7 YEARS and no cosmetic problems!)
                        - SLOW... SLOW... SLOWWWWWWWWWW (i don't have the RAM problem, but after OREO update, i battle to resume apps... SLOW SLOW and SLOW. Sometimes phone is unusable)

                        I was going to buy a 4GB/32GB with Snapdragon 630 for the same price, and i should have :\

                            i bought my nokia 5 barely two months ago when battery . battery was out of chargr when connected charge is not charging no it been three days and it still off am confused i don't know what is the problem
