Nokia 5 has better screen, better audio, longer battery life, overall design is nicer (this is matter of opinion) and last but definitely not least: software support! HMD has already said that Nokia 5 will get Oreo and even next major version Android P :) XA probably will not get Oreo.

For huge impacts, this gorilla is rather great, but scratches do not hold very well.

3. Clearing Cache? It's there. Somewhere in Storage Settings.
4. Seems like you were not looking everywhere. It's there.
5. You can download 3rd party one. Fun thing about file manager in this phone. There is one installed, just no way to reach it.

Been using my nokia for a month. Whenever I use Facebook and Messenger it keeps crashing damn often. Almost as if I cant scroll around Fb for more than 3 mins.
Also when my Messenger is active and my phone screen goes off or locked, it would take me multiple attempts to light up my phone again. Like the thumbprint scanner wont respond anymore even the power button wont work for a certain span of time.
Should I get this replaced? Please help.

The phone has a nice finishing and elegant design + it is sold at a fair price (in Germany). It fullfills all my needs ( I would not describe myself as a power-user or tech-geek). I have it now since a few days and will gift one to my gf for Xmas.

1.... screen good,but sometimes,home wallpaper colour fratuated.
2....no optimise options.
3....no clear catch option.
4.. can't set different type of home wallpaper & lock screen wallpaper,my choice.
5...no file manager,very difficult option move any thing move option.

A very disappointing moment from my nokia 5, I chat with nokia support girl and she advised me to format my sd card so that it can be used as internal. But unfortunately after formatting, it can no longer show and can't be use on any devices including this one, memory card I have been using for two years. Why can't I store apps on sd card until I format it? Other phones are not like this, HMD should work on this issue please. And the background apps is very terrific. You can not minimizes any app and switch to another, the page must refreshe which is very disappointing.
Ringing volume always increase to 100% by itself. Phone camera is now not good after the update. Someone should help please.

But I just checked it again on my Nokia 5 after reading your comment and it shows the correct duration. As far as I can remember it was fixed with an update to the dialer app which I downloaded from Google play store rather than with a system update......

No scratches yet,using for more than 3 months, fallen more than 4 times. Display is much better- corning gorilla glass in Nokia 5 is much more durable than cheap chinese phones.

But about the call duration problem, I also had it at the beginning. But they fixed it with an update. I don't remember when exactly because I kept using another dialer app. But in default dialer app it doesn't have that problem anymore :-) Try updating the phone.... :-)
