I am also lumia 730 user but planning to switch to android because the apps on windows phone really unusable right now. Are you recommending nokia 5 as a better upgrade from lumia 730 in terms of camera quality. You know I can use lumia cam for shooting text document with a very good result but I have doubt that nokia 5 will not satisfy me as from what I've seen in many reviews.

Hi, i am using this nokia 5, great smartphone in term of looks and performance in it's price range. Camera average,not comparable to my 6mp carl Zeiss lens of lumia 730. Overall satisfied. Thank you.

Excellent phone...i am using this since last 3 days.. the feel of holding phone is amazing.... design is excellent.. performance is outstanding..i thought 2gb of ram would be less but its working absolutely fine..i suggest to buy this phone without thinking any negativity.

Anonymous, 29 Aug 2017On reviews it says charges really slow.Hey... Just saw this... Actually I am confused about the charging. The first time I charged it took about 2 hours to reach 100% from 8%.
But after few days it took about only 1 hour to reach from 10% to 100%. Maybe it's because of an app I installed which made the charging faster..I wasn't actually paying attention to what was going on there... I have removed some apps which I have tried for file mange and kill unwanted background processes... And then when I was charging the phone yesterday it also took 2 hours to reach from 10% to 100%.
So I think Nokia 5 chargers really slow. And also I guess using some apps we can make it charge a bit faster.... :-)

Also it holds more than 8 apps in the background and don't get closed or restarted any of them unless I end the processes manually.
That's why I said that Nokia 5 somehow manages the RAM well...
So like you said, it will drain the battery if that happens.... But only IF.... In my case it's not happening. (The restarting thing on the phone or the processes) . So I am having a good experience with the device so far.... :-)
Also don't forget that I am not a gamer or a heavy user. So heavy users might experience something different :-)
I always comment according to my experience so the readers can get an idea..... :-)

the only difference between Nokia 3 and 5 is just
Nokia 5 13mp , 5.2", fingerprint scanner
Nokia 3 8mp by 8mp, 5" and no fingerprint scanner

Maybe unfortunately he has got a defective device...I mean it's possible..... :-)
Anyway, I am posting this on your comment because you seem like reading this opinions and reply.
Many people has said Nokia 5 camera is good. I dont have any complain about nokia 5 except for one.
As I have said before when I take photos with the flasher on and obviously in low light condition the photos are not that good. All the colors are faded and kind of like turning in to Grey.....
When the light condition is good camera has no problem... :-)
As far as you know is this only happening in my device or is it a common problem in Nokia 5 ?
Or maybe I have made some settings wrong :-( ... What do you think? :-)
