this phone is very simple yet easy to use. juz perfect for everyday use, regular txtin, calls,.convenient to maintain. battery life stays long given the correct charging usage. take it!!

this phone have similarity of other versions i.e 6070, and 6080, but there is huge deffrenc in prices at central Asia

although, it has low memory and VGA camera
i still like it, it quite suitable for those adults that are working and do not use its phone function much... Simple And Nice !!
if any of your parents or relative's birthday is coming, u may consider on buying this for them... =)

It's a fantastic first phone for anyone. Noob friendly and fun. Stop bagging it that it has so little memory, if you want more then get a N series phone bloody hell. This is for a cheaper user..

I usually buy top of the range mobiles with all the features, but purchsed the nokia 5070 for the way it looks i just loved the shape and feel of it, and the camera and memory hasnt bothered me, i just wished it had bluetooth. Other than that its a great phone cheap yet stylish.

the difference from 6070 is also that 5070 finally supports usb through pop-port while 6070 uses serial to usb.

i have 6070 but i find the deference between the two is 0.8MB in favour of 5070 but seems all features are same.

in 6070 there is 3.2 mb mem & in 5070 there is 4 mb shared memory n difference in battery backup of 30 min only

If I were offered this handset even FOR FREE, I would consider buying a Nokia 6300, instead. Sorry but I love it much more, for 6300 comes equipped with much more additional features and an option of adding another microSD/TransFlash with a larger capacity. I do have a Nokia 6300, actually, and by far the only one thing I hate about it is its battery life. C'mon guys, go buy a Nokia 6300, instead, and stop thinking about this 5070. Yes, the release date of 5070 was slightly newer than 6300 but it won't promise you much. Ngerti gak sih? :-)

Oops! Allow me to say this. A MOBILE PHONE is NOT just a phone... It has to have as many distinctions as possible from a conventional phone you put down there in your table at home or in your office. All in all, it has to be superior, at least it has to be able to take pictures, play music and so on. Am I right? If I am wrong, tidak apa-apa... :-) Well, I must admit, though, that it's definitely ok and not a big deal at all for real CHATTERS (in my native language: TUKANG NGERUMPI) to just talk, talk and talk. Nothing more nothing less.
Hmm... ini hanya pendapatku saja, kawan... :-) Yeah, a mobile phone doesn't have to match an iPod nor a digital cam, though. You're right...

I really do think that people are forgetting that the primary purpose of a phone is to make calls, we're too wrapped up in how many songs your phone can hold and how many megapixel camera its has, but you're never going to match the quality of an iPod or digital camera, a phone should just be a phone. If you want a five megapixel camera within your phone go and pay $1000+ but please stop bagging out phones that arn't top of the line.

actually it's 4MB memory only with 1 MB allocated for phonebooks and organizer.
