It has 2mp but no flash, i felt like throwing the phone many times
If u are buying just coz its cheaper than other phones dont make a mistake of buying, better to put 1000rs more and buy a gud one..

I was using the ph frm past 1year at last i had to sell the ph. Its a waste.
Its name should be XPRESS PROBLEMS not xpress music
Disadvantages- of the ph,
Software problem, no batery back up, if u play the music continuously for 4-5hrs the batery is empty, hanging problem,
It gave me lots of problems, the ph used to get restarted automaticaly every now and then, and i used to get blank screen while going to music player and many games showed application error, i had visited NOKIA CARE many time but was of no use, they just used to put a silly software and next day again the problem continues.i had visited nokia care nearly 15times. Every person working near my home's nokia care now knows me, whenever i used to go they used to say, now what?
Advantages-
Its sound quality is very gud comparing to other phones, internet speed is also gud, the look of the ph is nice.
Finaly now i have sold the ph and im looking for a better ph.
I will never again buy a nokia product.
In my opinion dont buy this phone its a waste..

sagen, 09 Jul 2010is there any antivirus for this gadget?Let me make this clear. THERE IS NO ANTIVIRUS FOR S40 DEVICES. And those that exists are nothing but flukes. Use your head for a second and you will understand. Let me explain, 1. Firstly to detect a virus an antivirus need to have a database for that virus. And if virus making is possible then there will be millions of viruses for whom there has to be millions of databases. So the software has to be of more than 10 MB size just to detect the viruses, forget the removal.
2. To detect a virus, an antivirus has to run in the background of the operating os. For than the device has to have multitasking. This device and all other s40 devices does not have multitasking. So, running antivirus is IMPOSSIBLE.
3. To run a software like an antivirus, the device has to have a very strong hardware cause these softwares need too much processing power and ram to operate, which is not present in this device nor any other s40 and low end smartphones. Even phones with snapdragon processors would have trouble to keep a antivirus software running in the background. Even a PC is slowed down by an antivirus with 2+ ghz processors, this is only a phone. Any questions are welcome.

Hello, based on my experience this is THE BEST & CHEAP mobile phone. It has one of the best audio quality to offer. I've just upgraded the firmware to 7.95 & it is working absolutely PERFECT. I did had Memory problems though. If anyone's having the same problem then they should use the software called "OXYCUBE", it'll definitely help you people with your memory problems. The reason for memory low is, when ever you apply the themes to your phone, the copy of that is stord in phones's memory which eventually eats up all the memory. Even when you delete the theme or restore the phone, the copy of these themes or video's or ETC. won't erase. It's is stored in a HIDDEN file folder in phone memory. But With OXYCUBE you can see all the hidden folders in the phone and can get rid of these copied files. It did work for me. Apart form the memory problem, my 5130 is working absolutely fine withou any hardware or software problems.

Syafiqah24, 08 Jul 2010This is truely based in my own exp but I own a Nokia 5300 a... moreyour friend could have improperly installed a new firmware. By my the one and a half year existence of my phone i had already made the wisest decision for it- i didn't upgrade its firmware!
it's still 6.xx.xx and i thought the phone was working so smoothly that i actually never needed to upgrade it. then voila, the phone's still so great.
Buying 5130 is safe. just make sure you don't upgrade its firmware.

If you are going to buy a new earphn then dont go for HPM series cos they usually come with a pin configuration and a remote that cannot be used with 5130, u can only use the part with the 3.5mm jack.

They will flash it with 7.95/96 and new problems will start to arise. Ask a friend who has some knowledge in flashing phns to flash her phn with firmware 6.94.
