It seems like yes performance has increased..I am using 4GB MMC it was taking long time to load when phone was restarted but now it is taking 20 sec to load all the songs and same for contacts...a new icon is added nokia life tools..disadvantage the
1.Screen saver option has been taken off...
2.the standby time is also not visible..
3.the images attached to contacts are small now when a incoming calls comes.

i hv used this phone from one month. No BATTERY BACK UP.In normally use then also max one day back up...and problem with music player.when playing one song and start another song ,,time delay..and sometimes next song switch working. .and sometimes it is not working...

Download form Nokia for 5130 and connect your phone the latest version is 7.91..you can not update from phone,since a week I was always getting massage when I connected my phone to PC(USB) that a new software is available for your phone..but new software has removed the screen saver option....do not know why... :(

Hi friends, thanks for your replies. Yes the security code is only space. But why did they take the screen saver option out. And one more thing my ear phones are too bad.
