This phone is just great..awesome...the music and clarity is really nice but i am looking for Nokia to introduce CALL REJECT facility in these level phones.....It really helps guys....

K..P, 06 Nov 2009Is this phone protective against Virus...??don't worry, virus can't infected the phone. it's s40 nokia not s60. maybe there's a little virus for java phone but it's not dangerous and easy to handle

i've just bought my nokia 5130 xm a week ago and let me tell you,this phone is totally awesome.the only flaw is the battery,it's kinda weak somehow.but overall,this phone are genial

Oh and the rewind/previous track music key is spoiled. But I think that's a unit-specific problem...

I bought this phone a couple of weeks back and I took the time to really get to know it. The phone is great and it's everything the gsmarena team says it is. The most remarkable feature has to be the large display with the QVGA resolution; although it's only 256K, the pixels make it look like it's a 16M screen.

The WH-102 headset that comes bundled with the phone is pretty good... it's still no Sennheisser but it does the job.
Battery life is reasonable and you can always replace the BL-5C battery with a higher output-current battery. I'm planning to buy a 16GB microSD because I hear the phone can support it without a hitch.
It was only a matter of time the technology would be repackaged in its finest form and presented at a piss cheap price. I waited a long time for a phone that had all the essentials of a portable music player and here it is. Totally satisfied... just do not look at the finger-print attracting surface often... :D

VISWANATHAN, 04 Nov 2009pls owners of 5130,on daylight can u see what on its displa... moreUse a bright colored theme instead of the default dark ones to improve daylight visibility. Daylight visibility is not as good 6300 but its almost there.
BTW you wont see a thing if your screen guard is scratched, replace it if it has too many scratches.
