i hav this set for about 3 4 months
it neva give... morevirus infection dude...you may have to take it to nokia care.
BTW r u absolutely positively sure that ur phn memory is empty of any files? Did u check the received files folder?

This phone rocks.super audio and video quality.excellent java performance.smart phone.high speed internet modem.nice camera.its nt only xpress music mobile.u can call it as xpress mobile.thx to nokia.sony ericsson suxxx....

about the battery problem, you should upgrade phone firmware, and maybe you have to change your phone setting, like turn the package data setting to from "always on" to "when needed"
