greed, 24 Sep 2009I bought this phone last sept. 21. well, it's a good phone,... morethey are not dead pixels...dead pixels will be dead even when you move away from cam mod. Try zooming while in cam mode and you will see these dots moving around.

I bought this phone last sept. 21. well, it's a good phone, nice interface, good features especially it's music player. But there's something is bothering me all the time, it has many dead pixels when you activated the cam. I consulted this to nokia care here in Philippines, actually, they recommend to replace my unit to a newer one 'cause they really don't know if it is normal to have a dead pixels or if it is only a factory defect. Then, it already replaced by the shop, I realized that having dead pixels on this phone is normal 'cause my replace phone has a dead pixels too. Many than the first one! I'm really disappointed on that part, but in the other hand it's good phone.

Take a look at look at ipods, iphones, XpressMusic and Walkman series. Even SE walkmans have removed their mega bass feature from their latest low and high end models.
According to most expert reviews 5130 has one the best audio quality. And LG has no history of producing anything(not just in mobiles) with a good audio quality when compared to others.
Now who shd ppl believe in??? Experts like GSMArena who knows their stuff or some NOOB like u who have absolutely no idea of what u r talking about.

whr did you read that the phone supports 16GB. The max i suppose it should not be more than 8GB after the latest firmware update.

hey clive, i think u dont know anything about the mobiles phones yet. especially nokia. i agree the camera is better of samsung S3310. but but but the software of the phone sucks..
1. 2 watches on the screen.
2. delivery report message.
3. low quality screen.
4. bluetooth (the number of files it receives the number of ok to be pressed).
5. battery backup.
6. only one way u can set the walllpaper.
7. every wallpaper placed is saved in the phone memory too.
8. only 500 messages can be saved.
There are many other things the server of the site would not respond if i name other problems with samsung 3310. DO NOT EVER COMPARE THAT WITH NOKIA.

the price is around 650 and you can enjoy the sound music with excellent clarity on you headphones...
i did it recently and am enjoying it.
i suggest you to to do this .
better dont adjust to 500 do some more and grab it.

Hi I am using this mobile for the past 6months. I never found any kind of problem in this mobile. I am using this mobile with 2gb of Memory Card and that too it is very fast to use. The Sound Clarity is also gud when hear through speakers of using headphone. The Battery Backup in this mobile are also gud because i am a service engineer i used to get regular calls and most of the time i will be using the phone the battery will stand for a day and it wont even loose a single point of charge. The Camera Clarity is gud when u take in day if it is in night means it really sucks. Overall My Opinion Is At This Price We Can Go For This Best Mobile.

I can't give the full marks to it. It's battery life is so bad. Picture quality is good but nt the best. Keypad is so hard. Though speaker's sound is well bt, headphone sound is worst. The phone is quite slow to use. But, in this price range viewing all the features i give 6 out of 10 to the phone. Thank u.

nokia 5130 sucks as compared to samsung S3310. Spec says that 5130 supports 16 gb expandability but i am using dis phone with 4gb card and it get konged off every tym i open a menu or an app. secondly it does supports mp4 videos. 3rd the display and camera quality is worst. phone luks ugly and is fat in size. headphones sound quality is not breathtaking. mobile sound is loud but if u hear properly den u will come 2 know that d sound cracks. Instead of going 4 5130 i wud prefer going 4 s3310. S3310 has loud,clear & better sound den 5130. It has full html browser with optimised speed. Display is 16million color and camera is excelent, headphones wat u get with it is a in ear headphones which givs u hometheathre lyk experience
