If u want to buy good phone within ur budget the... moreWell dude you forgot to mention that SMS storage capacity is 150 + sim, screen is bad(low resolution for its size), no themes, no software and .jar and .jad files dont work.
Who would want to spend INR 5700 on something like that???

This phone as far as Im concerned is better than 6303, except for the latter excellent screen. I have the 2 at a time. I sold my 6303 after 2 weeks. It lags with 4gig card while 5130 is smooth and fast, good music and all. BUY IT

hi,
5130 is a nice fone,handy and sound clarity is comparably good.looks wise nice and operation is not all sucks...good in nokia's mid range gallore.good luck users.

If u want to buy good phone within ur budget then go for LG GM 200 it has two stereo speakers and one sub woofer for bass effect @ Rs. 5700. And u can see reviews abt this phone in GSMARENA.

abhishek, 19 Jul 2009wats is da expandable memory of 5130 is it 2gb or 8gb ??I checked it..in a forum it says 16 gb..But I guess its not wise to go for 16 gb since it can hang etc..The best option is to go for 4/8 gb

Andy, 18 Jul 2009how long are U using it?I heard that it supports only 2 gb?using it for 2 months with 8Gb around 70% full....If you have latest firmware then there will be no problems at all...read the review at gsmarena.
also take a look nokia's website 16Gb microSD compatibility list....there you can find 5130 listed as compatible device for 16Gb cards

Andy, 18 Jul 2009me from Kolkata...forgot to tell in my earlier post..I got the ep 630 at the most unlikeliest of all places... an HP laptop shoppe on way to Hind Cinema on GC Avenue. I do not recollect the name of the shop off hand. I got the 5130 at Rs.5750 from one of the nokia priority dealers. I have not tried with a higher capacity card. Still continuing with the 1 GB with some pre-loaded content.

I went to a mall and thr they tols that 5130 has capacity of 2 gb and 5310 gas a capacity of 4 gb.
Othr diff as told by him are--
1)5130 is a bit heavier(88 gm):5310(71 gm)
2)5130's headph is of lower quality than 5310
3)5310 vomes with 2 speakers(extra 2 external speakers);thrs no such speaker in 5130

Today I purchased a Creative EP 630 Earphone to complement my Nokia 5130. Damages - Rs.700.00 (Kolkata). I was not aware that getting a Creative ear phone in Kolkata would be so difficult. It took me 2 hours searching for the product & finally got it at a shop at Chandni & that was the last piece they were having. It was more than worth the effort & the price. The bass is outstanding along with enhanced clarity. The resonance hits you in the middle of your head. I am hearing sounds & notes now which hitherto was not audible earlier through the nokia phones supplied with the handset. It is amazing. Music is really true music now.
If any one is buying the 5130 with the sole aim of enjoying music, I would strongly recommend throwing away the supplied ear phones & instead using of EP 630. The difference in quality of sound is too pronounced.
I am extremely happy with the purchase & 'am enjoying some really gooooooooood music.
I got the 5130 about 7 days back. It is functioning perfectly with no hassles at all. Every thing is just working fine.
Music lovers go ahead & get it if you have not got it already.
