Mehek, 13 Jul 2009When we buy new mobile do we need 2 charge it d whole day 4... moreno, dont do that if u do so, ur batter will get bulged in the near future.u need to full the bsttery which would be completed in just 40 min.

Anonymous, 13 Jul 2009Nokia quality has slasshed, please do not buy low cost noki... moreAre you some kind of an advertiser of Samsung or SE; this phone has the best audio quality ever; your Samsung and SE phones can't even dream of such quality and it's proven by GSMArena I bet you can't deny that; plus the build materials are great not some cheap materials like most of Samsungs and SEs and the price is unbelievable the battery backup is also good it takes 4 days of medium usage to fully discharge it and the 3.5mm audio jack is a standard now in Nokia not like Sasmsung's and SE's ports; they want us to buy shitty fortune costing "original" equipments so if you want to hear good music quality you have to pay for a headset which price is as much as a this phone's, same apply on the microUSB and miniUSB data port.

But if you are looking for business phones and want to talk more a day go for any E-series nokia which are the best options still.
I am using SAMSUNG J150 for more than a year now and yea no problem at all, Battery is ecellent more than 3 days even I talk 1 hr daily and 1 Hr radio, 1 hr Music player. Recently bought SAMSUNG Metro S3500, I think should be better choice but I am affraid that Large screen might kill battery if you use more, But one thing to tell you all, image quality is excellent like any other digital camera available, it is wonderful

i like the phone very much. although the OFFLINE mode could've been handy. anyways superb phone with a value for money ;)

S3500 is the best than Nokia 5130, Features and the sterdy body of samsung is very good. I was fan of nokia previously but no now Samsung the best in the range of Rs. 4000 to Rs. 9000. Nokia has very good phone on higer ranges but if you are lookinf range i mentioned just go for SAMSUNG. The quality of low cost phones of nokia has came down. I used nokia alot previously.
But seriously talking low range nokia phones goes hang and they are lacking in software experts. SAMSUNG really is best choice. Also audio quality is wonderfull in SAMSUNG. I personally has J150 which is the best handy phone and recently I purchased S3500 metro. My J150 gives me battery backup of more than 3 days even I talk more per day. So now I am fond of Samsung phone because my range is not more than 10000 bucks or either I would have prefered E series of Nokia which are really the best option as business phones, especially E51, E71 etc. Do not go for N series nokia these kills if try to load more and more into that. One of my friends mobile has many problems using N73.

Hi,
I have been using my Nokia 5130 XpressMusic for just over three months now.
Lately, a strange problem has cropped up and I am regretting for my decision to buy this particular set.
The problem is my phone is unresponsive the moment it is restarted. The keypad does not respond and no keys work except the volume control on the side of the phone.
I have went to Nokia Care and they told to format the memory card, which I have done but the problem still continues.
Anybody having any idea about this please let me know. Any input would be appreciated.

All the marks i'm giving out of 10. Camera=7(built in night mode on); Music player=7.5(low bass); Internet=9; Battery=8.5; Video player=5; BT=8.5(fast); Other Options=8(normal); with a high quality headphone music player can get 8. It costs me almost $120. Thats why this is a fantastic low end XpressMusic. :)

vinoth, 13 Jul 2009It will support only up to 2GB & it will not support MP4 formatlike hell it won't, it does support 16GB memory card and MP4 video format, at least mine does probably yours is a chinese clone.
