Hi i have bought this model few days back..feaures are gr8 but the battey back up is not up to the mark.1day is its general life if texting and listening music simultaneously on an average frequency.

cheap n best phone for the price.....
sound quality is good.... memory capacity is good.... hardly find any negatives except s40.....

I bought the phone yesterday. It's very nicely built and easy to handle. Dedicated music keys should have been better. Music quality is excellent. The phone allows you to record the current call without beeps. While you are on a call, select options, scroll down to find the Record option. Select it. I found many such features that were not inbuilt in my N95-8GB. Battery backup is also good. One bad thing I noticed is that the USB cable is just 6 inches. The phone is fairly priced and is a good buy.

Please someone tel me how do i do this firmware upgrad... morehi gummi this is reuben here, dont upgrade the firmware, because i upgraded my 3110 classic. The first time it was successful, but the second time i didnt even touch the phone and the connection got lost between my pc and mobile and spoilt my phone software and the worst part it cant even be repaired as i gave it to the service center. if your satisfied u can contact me on my email-reuben141@rediffmail.com

i bought this phone yesterday and so far im amazed.
i bought a 16gb microSD card and it really works as stated by gsmarena. i stored up 2212 songs from my pc and i can really play them.
the sound quality is really awesome, well i use sennheiser cx500 with this phone. i hate default earphones.
the camera is OK, but nokia REALLY needs to make improvements on their phone cameras.
texting is done with ease, like any other nokia phones, except the slide phones.
the display is ok, i compared the display to my 5310 and i find them really close.
the only thing i am disappointed is the battery.
nokia should update this awesome phone so that it can fully support the battery.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PHONE! BUY IT!

i bought this phone after a long search ~ bt thr is 1 thng happing with me ~ that its battry is giving me jx a day ~ actually em lover ov heavy texting ~ i do round abt 800 sms daily ~ nd 1 thng more that this phone gve info that battery is empty nd phone get switch off ~
plx temme me user that is this battery time is ok or not ???

i am the owner of nokia 5130 xpress music and this is what i think about this phone... it rocksss!!! the music player and the audio are one of the best in nokia. the camera and video are good but i think nokia should improve these features in their next models. the plastic cover looks and feels awesome. the keypads are strong. the screen is big and the graphic display and color display are nice. this phone supports voice messages, IMS, sms,mms. to sum up, this is the best priced handphone from nokia; cheap handphone but with very good features,what can u ask more. if you want quality handphone that is cheap, this is the perfect phone for you.

i bought this phone 20 days back , and using with 8 gb card. but when i am running music player audio, suddenly the player will stop and white screen is coming. music libray is also updating once again.
some suggest what the prob? and what is the rectification
