This phone is really great when it comes to music, display and other basic function but it automatically restart when im using it's mobile internet and when viewing photos on the gallery

I got a 5310 in 2009. It's memory getting lower day by day. I can't open my phone's music player, bcz it display enough memory. Pls help me. Munshiff@yahoo.com

AnonD-11284, 24 Jun 2011why you all of a sudden switched from a smartphone to a jav... moreI love symbian. I definately do. I am commenting here because i use this phone as my secondary. Actually i realised that nokia 5130 gives by far the best audio output out of all the other nokia devices. I made comparisons to all the s60v5 devices including 5800XM but they couldn't give the same output as my old 5130. Now i am using a Philips 3580 inear headset that even has a calling mic attached to it. The sound is astoundingly amazing. Its expensive though, around 1200INR.
Oh btw, comparisons should be done in normal equaliser.

munish, 22 Jun 2011i bought this phone in sept 2009 and this is working well t... more i,am used the mobile 5130 one year. my many more times they will hanging friends says about software problem.

its working well after 2yrs....... I'm satisfied with this one, but the head set provided along with the set is toooooo bad.......... so u should go for some other company to enhance your entertainment experience, and its also better for browsing.

Anonymous, 15 Jun 2011hello guys, I need to buy a mobile which will cost me be... moredont buy nokia 5130, it is the worst phone ever, it restarts every now and then, though functions are awesome at the given price but firmware is outdated and hangs alot. No use of the functions if you wont be able to operate them properly.

i bought this phone in sept 2009 and this is working well till date i m big fan of nokia phone i m using this phone to connect internet with my pc through nokia pc suit and browse internet vety frequently

the best phone and best cost...it has aloud music,nice keys,gr8 camera,wonderful download speed,the only disadvantagae is video recording...i bought ths one...nw its 2 yrs old...still nw i dnt hv any probs...it has gr8 usb support....u can jst buy it if you need a good phone at moderable price.....i'm loving it.....

i bought that mobile on feb 2010,after 7 month the mobile was dead, and i was going to nokia care, then fault should be clear, again after 20 days the mobile was dead, what can i do? this is mobile or demo mobile.......... pls tell me.........

..but unluckily i dont have a pc..
..i guess i'll just have to keep my phone in me until there will be a time that i can repair it through a computer..
..but can you help me out with that.?
..the requirements to repair the phone.?
..and is there a way to stop this phone stupid attitude that resets oftenly..?

jimlufi, 19 Jun 2011..what do you mean by that sbdevilmind..?I mean that, if your phone goes dead i.e it won't turn on, then we can repair it without taking it to nokia care. Its like doing what they (nokia care guys) do, but at you own comfortable home. This saves the money, the time and the tension. All you need is a PC, data cable, a couple of softwares and the original firmware of nokia 5130. Whose links, of course, i can provide. But not here. Only through my gmail account.

..i own a n5130xm the silver one..
..the camera is good for a 2mp..
..the loudspeaker of this phone is load,it has a good bass sound and quality..and also the light music keys are good,very nice light..
..all messaging is just fine,mms or ordinary txting..
..charging this phone for 3hrs..if i use it with txting and non stop it wont reach a 24hr..but if you just use it normally then it will get more than 1day of use..
..now my phone is dead again..i'm tired of going to a nokia outlet just to have it repaired..the warranty is long gone since its good only for 1yr and my phone is going 2yr old..
..my phone reset and will just dlete phone files such as messages,phone theme/ringtone/wallpaper..and i can not use equalizer anymore neither can i play music player,it says not enough memory..
..i regret buying this phone..now its dead...='(
