Am using this phone since 2009 and its fantastic. That is what made nokia the best at that time. if only they had gone android, they'd still be dominating the market but hopefully with windows 10, they can make a comeback.

its design is better but performence is very bad its main problem hang time to time and software problem

siddhartha, 07 Sep 2014Just take it to nokia care or repair it , this is a phone w... moreI've bn having this nokia of mine 4 5yrs now without any problem,I've changed btry once then on the 31 I tried 2 charge it bcs it's btry was low,it went off then the nokia sign appears but instead of the 2 hands it said 'contact service'till now.does it mean I'll lose everything inside?what mst I do?
