this phone has the siftware problem since i bought the phone when it was warrenty period it was ok but now when the warrenty is over it seems that why i purchased this phone it is to be update every month nokia this very bad for your company reputataion

this phone is very good , i used it last 2 years and every thing is very good camera ,sound , blutooth , memory , software . all is good

The best phone I have ever used. Initially there was some software issues. But Nokia is providing periodic updates to very firmware. Everything got right after the first firmware update. Even the music quality and loudness improved after every firmware update.
According to user manual the maximum allowed memory card size is 2GB. But I used a 4GB memory card at my own risk. But everything gone fine. The only issue I faced was the time taken for updating music library after phone restart. But I cannot blame the phone for this beacause they recommended 2GB and I used 4GB instead which is almost full with around 900 music tracks.
I am really satisfied with its exceptional sound quality(really amazing. no other phones I have seen to compete with it) and speaker loudness. Slim, handy, unique phone. Its keypad is one of the best in class. visually we feel a bad impression on the keypad, but in real life use its really good.
The positioning of dedicated music keys is also good.

Its a vry bad phone, software hangs every other day.. Dunno y nokia has such a product in its bag....

i bought nokia 5220 in march 2009, and in this 1.5 year it has given me a very bad experience. it is not a good phone at all. there are very few applications available for this phone. it hangs a lot.its video capture is horrible. sound quality is also not up to the mark as expected from an express music series phone. overall its a very bad phone.good for nothing.

this phone is good and absolutely nice, maybe because of its appearance, this phone has a sleek design that people would love, but the problem is, it always get stuck.. i'm using it for about 2 months.. i hope that these comments (not only mine) would make Nokia to improve thier work in making mobile phones.. :))

A great phone, had it for 2 years now and it's still working great. I have a 4 gb microsd card in it and in music player everything is going smoothly when you go through the music library, unlike some other phones. It's also very slim and compact

Congrats to NOKIA for making such a worst phone,from the second day itself i started facing problema with this phone,it was my first mobile and could not even think of such a worst experience from a phone it has so many prolems related to its software and functioning,nokia shud be ashamed of making such a phone and also selling it to the costumers,Secondly the service of the Nokia costumer care is worst i visited the costumer care atleast 8 times and they charged rs 250/- each time and no output,within a weeks time the phone got to the same condition.
i have switched over to LG now and i am very satisfied,KINDLY MAINTAIN THE STANDARDS OF YOUR NAME AND QUALITY!!!!!!
