i am using 5230 for 7 months and think this is the best in this range ,its navigation is excellent.

guys the audio quality is very good in this handset through headphones....... IF U WANT TO CHECK THIS OUT THEN try PHILIPS SHE3580 BUDGET EARBUDS WHICH GIVES VERY GOOD AUDIO OUTPUT........ dont go for creative ep-630....... believe my words its a great phone for music lovers.......... go for it

MIKE, 05 Nov 2010hello ! can anyone tell me which one is better ? samsung i5... moreN5230 is best it got hi resuln screen, vga at 30fps video recording, big screen, FREE LIFE TIME VOICE GUIDED TURN BY TURN GPS NAVIGATION, nokias best after sale support, software updates, gud battery life, thousands of free apps frm ovi store...and..so..on.. In galaxy5 its low res screen, VERY HIGH PRICE, no free GPS.. And samsung forgotts its customers after selling its products, no match for nokia..

there is no comparison between nokia 5230 and samsug galaxy 5
as they both belong to different price group
nokia 5230 is about 7000rs. and samsung galaxy5 id 9100rs
if u have money then go for galaxy as it is the latest version of android phone and also has wifi

Anonymous, 05 Nov 2010this is a superb phone and im using this from past 3months ... moreagreed. been using this phone for 3 months now and am very pleased with it. I'm on firmware number 21.0.004 with a few customizations done by a friend.
By the way, it says here that 5230 has got 70 MB internal memory, but i have 83 MB in C drive. I wonder why..
