Since many of you guys are facing certificate errors while installing unsigned applications, here I give tutorial explaining how to sign applications manually. Almost all cracked applications are unsigned in state and need to be signed manually to get them work on all Symbian phones like 5800, 5235, 5230, N97, X6 etc.
Tutorial:
1] Open http://cer.opda.cn/en/
2] Register on this site. Input all required details like IMEI number of the phone model on which you want to install unsigned applications.
3] Click on 'My Certificates'. Click to apply certificates by inserting required details.
4] Site will create certificate and key file for your phone based on IMEI no. and phone model. It may take 24-48 hours.
5] Keep checking in if certificate are ready. Once certificate and key file for your phone is ready, transfer it to your PC.
6] Download SignSIS software to your PC from http://cer.opda.cn/uploads/tools/signsis.exe
Open it; insert desired unsigned application, certificate and key file. Leave the password for key as 0000. Hit the 'Sign Sis' button. Signed version of application will be ready within few seconds! Now you can install it on phone without any errors.
7] There is also a another signing software which can sign applications right from the phone. Download it from here: http://cer.opda.cn/uploads/tools/FreeSigner.sisx
Transfer certificate and key files to phone and sign any application from phone itself.
These are the only things required; certificate (.cer), key (.key) files, signing software either on PC or mobile. Thats it. Using it, you can make any compatible unsigned Symbian applications to work on your phone.
There is another way to install unsigned applications to your phone where you have to patch the ROM (read only memory) of phone. Then you can skip signing process and directly install unsigned applications. They shall work. However this may make your phone slow. If anyone here want tutorial on ROM patching, I will provide.
Revert if you still face any issues further. I am here to help you guys.
