SidewindeR, 30 May 2010Well by the looks of things, i guess your vista 64bit is te... moreoh tanx a million! i was wrong that the drivers were installed....in reality whenever it tries to install the drivers in the middle of installation i get an error saying "an error occured your new hardware might not work properly" and the device doesnt get recongnised by the ovi suite 2.1 dont know what do but thanx for replying and i.have switched back to grand old xp sp3...plz hlp me out.....should i try downloading and installing it again ..did u face a similar situation....

varun, 30 May 2010hi ppl .... i am using NOKIA 5230, AND I've got a BSNL S... morehiiii zaid, u cant make video calls if u r using nokia 5230 as this phone doesnt have front camera. And 3G is not just abt video calls...its just an feature supported by 3G. U can avail high internet speed if u have 3G connection....and other stuffs...

promit, 30 May 2010about the sound quality..........is it problem with the pho... morethe sound is low as in low. sometimes i can't hardly hear the ring tone. and on the video i watch and downloaded on the phone, though with not much loud speaker if you have downloaded a nice audio or video with loud sound it still has big sound. the solution is to make sure you record something that has very loud audio.
but still it is not that low. i can still hear the ringtone but not in noisy place though.

buddy, 30 May 2010i am having a problem.....that my fone wont be recongnised ... moreWell by the looks of things, i guess your vista 64bit is te culprit. I do have 32 bit 7 and ovi suite works absolutely fine on my system. You phone is not recognised because you dont have the necessary drivers installed. 32 bit drivers wont work on 64. So i guess you better ditch your vista or if you are using a genuine version, then try connecting the phone using the pc suite mode and do a windows update check to check whether the appropriate drivers are available for download. In device manager, if the phone is recognised as an unknown usb device, that that is confirmation that it is a driver incompatability issue.

yes you can hardly read the screen under direct sunlight. but i don't mind, i dont use my ceelphone while i am walking on the street or out in the sun anyways,
unlock button is still working fine for me. i have my phone about 15 days now.
the volume button don't function any more after 2 days. i just restarted the phone and it worked just fine again.
sometimes it is laggy or hanging. but i can bear with that. it does not happen every time.
the sound is low. i can bear with that. i am not a music person any ways, i am not planning to buy a earphone yet, i am just contented to use it for text and playing videos. the video sound is loud.

unlock button is not working properly after 10 days of purchase.
poor quality hands free.
battery timing is also not very good.
nothing you can see under the sunlight

Anonymous, 30 May 2010try in other machines with a diffrent os like xp...widows s... moreyeah! tried with many other different os's....but no success so far...can u suggest me anyhing more...plz hlp me out of this problem its kinda frustrating AND SERIOUS...plz hlp me out.....y n my fone is in the supported list searched for it hours on other forums but no solution so far..gsmarena is my last hope....you all gotta hlp me out of THIS PROBLEM....
