When i switch on my phone the phone freezes with Nokia screen and when i remove the memory card everything comes to normal whats this happening has my started showing the signs of illness?

Its a DVB-H reciever. And you will need DVB-H signals that aren't available in India. This accessory too is not available in India.
Remember that 5230 is a smart phone but it has hardware limitations eg it doesn't has a Wi-Fi, no camera flash and (as you now know) no DVB-H reciever. So before installing applications first see what the application does and if it'll work with Nuron or not.
About DVB-H :
Nokia has been pushing a terrestrial broadcast format called DVB-H which is also endorsed by EU as "preferred technology for terrestrial mobile broadcasting". Broadcast will most probably be through mobile cell towers and will be of "acceptable quality" and giving access to service while moving in a vehicle at high speed.
If this becomes a standard in countries than user will be able to get live broadcast on their handheld devices (that will include mobile phones) that has a DVB-H reciever.

It was a good phone from the time it was announced, from the time it wasn't released and from the time this forum started. It doesn't has to work for everybody. You have to make it work for you. Thats what smartphones are meant to be and that what Nokia gives you. Take it or leave it.

the 5800 xpress music is better than this 5230 and the 5530 because 5800 has both gps and wifi.

Exactly.
Anyway I'm using Opera Mini 5 that fits almost all my needs, and exceptionally I turn to Skyfire which has full Javascript and Flash support.

I think it's a memory related problem, there should be some memory leak on huge pages that makes the phone run out of RAM, and the browser shuts down abruptly...

you know the previous quality of this phone was great.but now it's a great disappointment. i was alluded because of the price and bought it. it's so slow and fragile. if it falls from your hand its touchscreen is gone forever.china is giving a bad name to Nokia. sorry for nokia.

only drawback is very poor loudspeaker volume. You want able to hear the ringtone in crowded places.
music thru headfone is good, only if you are using any third party headset. Headset provided in box is useless.
rest it scores 10 out of 10. Ultimate smartphone.
go get it, if you dont borther loudspeaker volume.
i m now using 8gb micro sd card in it.
its working fine.
