i am in deep trouble.i can't refresh my music library.after deleting and coping music files the same result.should i wait for the next firmware or format the memory card.plz plz plz help a anybody:(

I purchased Nokia 5233 couple of days back ?
I wish to know whether I can install any reader for adobe files, word files, excel files etc. If yes, please indicate the link of website from which I can download the same safely and for free

Hey friendz,
I dont have Nokia 5230..
But if you are loosing phone memory than you should clear the cache in the browser section..
And recheck the available free memory, hope this trick should do.

Anonymous, 04 Mar 2010Hi Emir, Have u saw the display of 5230 set on the Box, ... moreOk i tried righ now that for you! when i have contact bar on my screen (i usualy dont) it shows that music menu! and it even shows album art too! its kinda stupid that u just get it if u set contact bar on! u have to go to music player,play song,go back two times and press hide! then u should have music menu on hs! if u dont than u have problem! it can be software or bug in your phone! try to update your phone and maybe that will solve your problem! do u have 5230 or 5233?! maybe 5233 doesnt have that opt

Have u saw the display of 5230 set on the Box, there u can see the music icon with(MY Music) play ,forward and backward keys on the menu screen itself.
just iam looking for the same menu but i tried every thing but in the contact bar theme it is not appearing in my phone.

I have not seen worst set than NOKIA 5233.I have used many nokia products and am fully satisfied with my nokia 5130,2700, e63. But only after 2 days of buy its gone dead and local Nokiacare told me hardware is ok but it is not accepting new software so he send it to head office and I have not get back after 10 days.A good advice for Nokia officer please do not waste your goodwill and market share in India

same to me... Am also loosing my phone memory now left only 30mb more... 50mb memory in use, but i did'n install any apps or other files in phone memory... Everthing is under memory card.....
Also delete my web privacy, but now still 50 mb memory in use....
I don't know how to save my phone memory..
Anybody pls help me.......

if u use phones default browser for a bit it can reduce phone memory because in my phone free memory was 61 mb and after using default browser it became 53 mb and when i deleted all privicy data it came back to 61mb

Hi anyone can tell me why i am losing memory on my nokia 5230!? i haved 58mb free memory and now i have 56,1mb! it looks like im losing kb somehow and i dont know how and why! i didnt install anything or put new files!! can that happend becouse of using opera mobile,it showed me error few times! like memory full please close some apps!

Nokia 5230 is not available in any of the stores in Bangalore...Though most of them said that the production has been stopped, a Nokia Priority dealer said that they have got a message from Nokia that stock will be available from 7th March, 2010..
So confusing...donno if there is a genuine product problem or Nokia is just worried about Nokia 5230 eating into 5800's sales!!!!
