yolli, 23 Jan 2012I need help with my Nokia 5230.. the phone keeps on telling... more1st check your phone memory & see what the balance memory available in the phone, sometimes there is residue memory form your previous download, if it is too low, Reboot your phone, off your phone take out the battery, sim card & micro SD, leave it for 1/2 an hour, put it back & on your phone, if it doesn't work do a backup for your contacts & mssg, do a hard reset by keying in *#7370# (This would wipe out all unecessary memory & return to the stages when your first bought your phone).

T J, 23 Jan 2012Yes their is a problem like it displays General Information... moreDon't expect much for 128MB Ram this phone can't handle Opera Browser 11, Go for Opera Mini 6.5 work like a charms.

RAM is low , good for 1st year only
After that its an elctronic waiste the battry back up wil dicrease up to 2 h only
Slow in opening aplication (sisx)
Lesser updates
Stylus get loose easly
Produces disturbance in playing music

ad, 01 Jul 2011this mobile is good but ram is only 128mb and phone also co... moreThe loud speaker volume is very low Nokia shoud increase it in next update.
If anybody have idea how to increase speker volume pls tell me.
Can Nokia fix this problem in the next update?

I need help with my Nokia 5230.. the phone keeps on telling me that i need to delete some data cause memory low. Ive been deleting most of my stuff and its still low. Messages i dont get but the envelope flickers top right corner indicating that i have sms's. The back of the phone gets warm that i need to switch the phone off, and it also freeze.I only have this phone for 9 months and started giving me these problems in the 5th month. Please help.

mariska , 21 Jan 2012i am using the nokia and i love it it is a very cool cellph... moreM totaly agre wth u dat the 5230 model z d best of al nokia phnes,it z nt much expensive,has 3G conectivty and large disply make me mad..abt it..t z d colest phne.bt i saw a lunatic person mentnd it as bad,bt t is nt realy at al i thnk,it z superb,m a user of it.

I ve used dis phone.it's very good.most expecially,d 2megapix camera is more shaper dan d 5mp of other phones.eg nokia E5.
