hey guys i am come here with good news that nokia have not stop the production of 5230yet and it would neither stop in upcoming years even............... so to all who are going to buy nokia 5233 pls do not because this phone will be available in few days as it stocks had been completed and nokia had again started its production with some new specifications like the memory had been increased to 256mb from 70 mb and the sound loudness would also be increased may be they can give stereo speakers this time and many more changes had been done ........... to whom who doubt about which phone to take i would say to go with nokia 5230 because it has all plus points over nokia 5233 like 3g a very nice gps and lifetime free navigation and many more ............... if anybody doubt about my comment they themselves can ask to nokia care or can themself call to them on 30303838 ............. regards akshay

Can s0me0ne guide me how to take out the mem0ry card with this ph0ne? I had read its manual and it says to push the card to let it out after pr0mpting "rem0ve mem0ry card n0w and press ok" or s0methng like that. I did as what it said but s0methng was stuck in there and i just cnt pull it out,.. though when pushed, it slightly release its body but it w0nt pull out. Im afraid to do s0methng that makes it br0ken so plz help me. I wil truly appreciate it. Pls.

i am planning to buy nokia 5230..
but i am confused by reading the opinions.
i dont bother about the sound..
i want it for camera quality and internet.
so i want to know whether this nokia 5230 has 3g or not

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970The Nokia 5230 comes with a 2 megapixl camera and 2covers in box, but no stylus.and no wifi. The 5800 has a 3megapixel camera and has wifi. Neither phone takes great pictures, and images are average at best. Both phones have excellent music players. I think the 5230 is a bargain buy. I bought mine today !

Aatif, 13 Feb 2010can anybady tell me what is Multi-tasking ?u can using multi work as asame time like u play music nd then u read a text file in ur phone thats is multi tasking

Hi friends,i have purchased for 8200 in chennai two months ago and i wud like to share my experience...
Advantages :
============
1.Best internet browsing either with
stylus or hand nails which u can't find with
capacitive screens in samsung corby models
2.Great support of external applications for this
smartphone(symbain s60 v5)
3.Accelerometer based apps and games are awesome with
this mobile.
4.Wide screen is good enough to see movies.
5.Battery is good.
6.Touch screen response is better than 5800.
7.Messaging is cool with qwerty keyboard.
8.Hand writing recognition is really awesome.
9.Camera is good compared to the other 2mp cameras
without flash.
Disadvantages :
1.on the flip side first thing i noticed is about
speaker phone sound is not good enough but
manageable.
2.The ear phones packaged along with the set are
making wrong impact of sound,but the sound is
really rocking with good quality ear phones
3.As it is resistive screen it gets scratches easily,
so be proactive with quality screen guard from ist
day of mobile purchase.
4.Multi-tasking is a bit problem sometimes,which
makes mobile slow or hang sometimes(But remember
its just a smartphone not a computer),which is
acceptable.
5.Outside body is not as good as 5800
Finally overall i can say its a best choice in the
range of 8000 to 8500 mobiles in market and worthy too.But Go according to your requirements,don't expect everything in one mobile with 8200 range.

im not happy & satisfied w/ this phone..it always hang when you multi task..the music is not good coz even when the volume is already on maximum its still not loud. & its so complicated to remove the simcard. you have to take out the battery then push the simcard out using its pen..i cant wait to replace it
