V, 03 Dec 20095230 has only 1 loudspeaker compared to stereo speaker in 5... morei tried the phone before..the speaker is good..but not too powerful..just like a normal mono speaker..except better audio quality..

It has a more responsive kinetic scrolling than the 5530 as I have read on some websites...

Its price will be very near to 5800 XM on lower side.The difference will be not more then 600-900 Rs.So people will buy nokia 5800XM with WLAN and 3.2 MP camera.

Ya it is not good for india people that nokia 5230 is not launch and many mobiles are nokia 6710, 6720,6260 and nokia n900 not launch by nokia in india why and pakistan nokia launch everyone model.

i think in India, they have a fear that sale of 5800 will decline after launching 5230.
I have been waiting since diwali for this mobile.
Now I'm planing to buy Samsung 1 :)

very good handset but which i did'nt like is its cam its only 2mp.every menufacturer puting atleast 3mp cam.so to compete to others nokia should put 3mp cam.

how nice of nokia to make such a phone..i for one will be buying it since i can't afford the 5800XM..it's just like it,but without wifi and stereo speakers..camera 2mp is more than enough to me..wifi is really not a necessity to me coz there is no wifi cnnction here..just good ol 3g..i love it..im getting it soon for a gift

I've been using this phone for about a month. Very good. Very pleased. Samsung is known for problems. Not only that but to repair the samsung ur gonna leave a hole in ur pocket. Go for the nokia than the corby if u don't wanna regret. I already have friends complaining about their corby.
