hey i just posted what i feel, nothing in spoiling the image.... its fine from my side... well for anupam open forum is a place where in anyone can post there views and he replied back to what he feels so nothing personal.. so its not a fight i m sharing my experience on this forum.. which i ll continue to do so and people like anupam who are blind followers cannot stop me frm doing.. ths is nt a fight just sharing ef experiences......

Hey..,
Stop fighting ... we all know the capability of Nokia phone over others phones. Nokia is largest selling mobile phone in world.
Nokia 5230 is very cheap and excellent phone compared to others.Nokia phones are reliable and stable one. dont consider their comments.

why u so disturbed guyz i know u'll welcome only positive comments here but than wats the point of these forums.....
go to nokia site n check the phone there only....u'll only got to know bout its positives but bro evrybody reads reviews here coz they want to take informed decision....they want to know everythin bout the phones....not only positive but negatives also watever the phone have.

i have no trust on sumsung , Motorola i will buy Nokia 5230 i have also no trust on you Anupam & jatin if u like samsung or Motoraloa so please leave the nokia mobile forum & go for samsung & motorola forum we will buy nokia 5230 :)

Nokia phones are reliable and most importantly longer life... there are millions of fans for nokia. Nokia 5230 is excellent mobile compared to others.
Nokia 5230 is Symbian OS v9.4, Series 60, 5th Edition whereas motorola linux OS. Symbian is lots and lots of applications and software's.
Nokia 5230 is 3.2inch TFT resistive touchscreen, 16M colors whereas Motorola is 2.4 inch TFT resistive touchscreen, 256K colors. Motorola is just 256k colour.
Nokia 5230 has 3.5mm audio jack but motorola lacks and samsung too
Nokia 5230 has 128MB ram whereas Motorola A1600 has 40Mb ram.
Nokia 5230 support upto 16GB memory card.whereas Motorola A1600 support upto 4Gb as per motorola site.
Nokia 5230 has Class 32 Edge and Gprs +HSDPA whereas Motorola Class 10 so low internet speed and dont have HSDPA.
Lastly Nokia 5230 is just 200$ whereas Motorola A1600 is 300$.
IF camera is your concern then buy a 12mp digital camera.
Nokia 5800Xm is used by millions people around world.
In entire Mobile industries which company give a symbian phone for 200 $ Previously Nokia 5320XM and now Nokia 5230.

somebody pls help... Is this phone is having secondry camera or not?? In pictures it seems that there is front camera but not mentioned in gsm arena. And also is it xpress music phone.

this phone is a mere wastage, nokia always has something wrong in there new product, i gt a 5800 exm in jan n sold it off the very next day bleady earpiece issue.... moreover it hs a 2mp cam n samsung star has 3.2, smart unlocking, a cool ui and funky cover with it n much cheaper than ths one.... also star wifi in the market at price of 5230 so i dont find ths one as value fr money.....

Anonymous, 03 Sep 2009i also notice that in samsung star there is no - Proxim... moreOne should consider Motorola A1600 or Samsung Star 3G and not 5230.SAMSUNG star 3G has very sensitive touchscreen while everyone knows that nokia Touch UI is very poor.the touch response of my nokia 5800 xpress music is so poor that it always irritates me.Also what GPS?The A-GPS of 5320 doesnot work like Motorola A1600 which has the best navigation.Also as a touchscreen phone motorola A1600 is very powerful.Also A1600 has life time free GPS subscription.If we consider camera of Nokia 5230 it stands no where infront of Samsung Star 3G and Motorola A1600.Both of these phones have a 3.2 Megapixel camera and also FLASH whereas on the other hand Nokia 5230 has only 2MP Camera and has no flash.At the price point of Nokia 5230,every other phone has either a camera flash or a 3.2MP Camera.So dont be a blind and consider Motorola A1600 or you can also go for Samsung star 3G.
