1. End all ur active connections.
2.go to desktop.
3.enter *#7370#.
4.click yes and it then ask for code.
5.enter code ,default code is 12345. Now it restart after a while.
Note:it also delet all files and virus from ur mobile and also check ur problem

I Use this mobile for the past 3 years, touch is not an issue, working well, 1.5 days battery backup, i use this mobile for official purpose, because of continuous calls.
Really a Nice Mobile.

2 year iam used this phone .good downloding speed,some symbian games &apps work this phone. that is the main problem is "sertificate error ' low britnes bad display. if you can better buy a android phone

As far as i know the nokia 5230 phone is a touch screen smartphone meaning that it does not scroll -- but on a user video review i saw that the user had the phone scrolling up ;down and sideways -- is this the same phone and was some other firmware loaded on -- please advise as to what firmware if indeed was loaded up.
