Hi i fixed up the problem. Now my nokia 5230 doesn't face any hang up problems when i get call during existing call. Version 50 works faster, no hang ups during many applications are open, very fast in net. Addition features has been added. Thanks.

5230 is the no 1 mobile i have ever seen in the Nokia series keeping in view all the features of it (itz cost, design, large screen,etc). Having 5230 u dont need any digital camera with u in picnic etc... Inspite of all the above features it lacks the large volume feature as compared to n95.

i will its very good...
I am using 3G services...
good cam as compared to other mobiles(sumsung/LG) i mean clarity
for rough and tuff users this mobile suits....

@vicky... i prefer nokia 5230 over nokia 5233 because 5230 has 3G feature, and 5233 does not...

a very good cell phone for all around performace worth it deal i am using it since one year no problem in screen touch sensor daam good trust me

I am using Nokia 5230 for ... more..hi there,i havent face any problem such as phone call that hangs..
..hangs only happen when im opening many tabs and apps..
..anyway,here's mine..
..my phone is 8months old now,when i first bought it,it was version 20,then i updated it to version 21,then to version 40 not a month ago..:)
..so currently using ver.40
..all the update was done by me using my phone or through phone's update..
..if you are facing that problem OFTENLY i suggest you to send it to nokia care or have it checked..
Try Consider these things as i do give a little allowance to my phone memory and to my memory card..my memo is only 2gb and theres 600mb left now,last time it reach me 180mb left so i deleted some files so it wont take time to read files when it switched on
..i've been using my phone heavily especially browsing the net..i used it for calls too but i dont face any hangs..
Try to think of your previous Software version if you are facing that problem(before your ver.50),then compare it to your ver.50..

Hi dear mobile experts,
I am using Nokia 5230 for about 3 months, and i am facing problem of hang up when i have another call during my existing call. Whatever button i press, for example answer key, reject key, the mobile hangs up. After that, however time we wait, it doesn't come to normal operation, no softbuttons and hard buttons are working, finally we need to remove the battery and then fix. every time my nokia 5230 hangs up like. this is very annoying during important calls. I am thinking to sell this mobile and buy a new one. plz give me any idea friends.
