Is there any way to increase the volume on the handset.
The volume is low, in mUsic player on loudspeaker mode.

Actually, in the user comments I've seen some people say, the cam's good, some giving totally opposite opinion. It was very confusing. But your opinion'd be very different for me. Being a user of 5233 like me, I know you 'd be seeing everything from my eyes. Hence, if you say neo v is great, then, without doubt, it'd be great for me too.
And buddy, the phone you bought, I hope it's a new one. Can you give me the link, please.

Camera quality is quiet good. Since it's 5mp, you can't expect very highly. But I can assure you that it's the best 5mp I have seen. Video recording is the best part. The quality is really very good.
Speaker is sufficiently loud and clear. Ringtones are loud and clear. But what I liked best was the earpiece volume during calls. It's really very good. Both aspects are better than 5233, that I assure.
For gaming experience, I didn't have much time to play any. But if you give youtube a look then you will know how good it is. For starters, the gaming hardware of Neo V is the same as xperia play. That should be enough assurance to you that this mobile can handle games very well. Search 'xperia neo gaming' in youtube.

I agree with you buddy, I never liked the 4 inch screens, although I like big screens as they are uncomfortable to carry around. Then I started hunting behind 3.7 inch screens and found phones like wave2 and neo v. I liked neo v after some more reserch,and was gathering more info about neo v. After you said it buddy, now I need no more info, and no more second thought.
Yes, neo v's cost is 16500+ ,and you got it for just 15000 only! But, I am afraid of such sources, although ebay seems trustable. And do we've to pay by credit card? cause, I don't use any creditcard.
And, buddy, you did not mention how're cam, hd video recording, speaker- is it loud and clear? Are the 720p videos smooth and clear.
Is the gaming experience good?

First of all let ... morewao....is andy (android) better in all respects from symb?? i just had hands on nokia c7 last night . that was too very smooth and fast.it was runnig anna not belle. i opened more than 12 apps at a time and throw some really heavy videos(h264) it played smoothly. checked usb-o-g . it was amazing. is andy really better?? :-(

First of all let me assure you that no phone in this price range can beat t this cell. First I thought about buying from flipkart.com having price 18000. Then I gave a look into my town's priority dealer and found the price to be 17500. Then I searched ebay.in and the price was shocking. Just 15290Rs!!!!!!! I bought it immediately. At first I worried a bit but later when I got a brand new phone with fully filled bill, that too in just 3 days.....I was relieved.
Then came unboxing, sim insert, network settings etc etc and the phone was ready.
From the very beginning you will notice a huge difference between symbian and android. Be it in smoothness, ease of use, responsiveness, screen quality, touch sensitivity etc etc you will be left dumbfounded. Believe me.......the phone is damn fast.
I did lots of research regarding which cell to buy at this price range and found options like Optimus black etc. But after through research I found a huge difference be between the two. First and foremost being the processor. The one in Sony has a better architecture than the LG. Sony's 1ghz is faster than LG's 1ghz, cause the gpu in Sony is adreno 205 which is quiet better than the sgx530 of LG. Comparatively, if adreno205 is 4 then sgx530 is 3. This means better games support, better video rendering etc etc.....
Then came differences in screen size, resolution and design. Resolution wise Sony wins. Screen size wise Sony wins again.......know why? Cause 4inch is hideously big and very hard to operate singlehandedly. Sony's 3.7 inch 16:9 widescreen orientation was very very pleasant to hold (am telling through experience as a friend of mine has a LG optimus black). And design wise........am not even commenting on that. Sony is like miles ahead. Sooooooo Damn great design..... The curved body make holding it even more comfortable.
All in all......am really very happy with this purchase. I advice you to stop searching for anything else and simply go for a Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V.
Oh and did I mention ICS (Android 4.0) upgrade coming in a couple of months? LG ain't getting it.......
