Try this for the smooth running of the phone. (1)Turn off your phone Connect the charger (2) Remove the charger when the
screen lights up and wait until it
goes off. (3) Turn on the phone immediately
after using the Power button on
top. (4)After the vibration at start up,
plug-in the charger.
