Guess what, 5130 won hands down. It's not a symbian, its a simple java phone and costs half the price of 5530. Btw, didnt you say before that you had 5233 and you sold it for 5530. But now you have a 5230 AND 5530.

personal experience is the better option, actually i have both 5230 and 5530, in sound department 5530 wins, imaging camera 5530 is better but in video recording 5230 wins

[deleted post]So why don't you go and check the gsmarena review of nokia 5230 and then check the audio quality section. You will also be able to compare the results with that of yours. Remember, the comparision and testing is done using sophisticated equipments which has far greater sensitivity than the human ear.

I said 'sound quality'. Its the raw music that comes out of the 3.5mm port, not what you hear out of your loudspeakers. You are still an idiot who doesn't know the difference between audio output and loudspeaker response.

utk, 07 Oct 2010Thanks, never heard of that before :-)Oh, i thought you already knew so i didn't mention it before. Sidewinder was the one who told me about this app in the first place and i am very thankful for that. Its very very handy while in travel. I mostly use my cycle to go around my place and i listen to music when i do so. What i do is put my phone in my shirt pocket in a way such that the screen faces the front. This way i can easily feel the buttons from the outside and hence i can change the tracks without even putting my hands into my pocket. Now thats what i call 'convenience'.

I've recently bought it...and it is not like other nokia cell phones..many of the functions aren't available..like security codes..! you cannot access a password on your cell phone thus no privacy!
second most annoying thing...themes cannot be applied on it..whereas on 5230 all themes can be applied! =(
