mann, 31 Aug 2010convert it into 3gp format as 5233 supports the 3gp videos ... more5233 supports flv files. These are visible in gallery as big f and on clicking flash player opens and starts running flv video. Sound op is louder than realplayer. If u have hacked ur fone it might not play flv. Just check.

[deleted post]Your name is walkman born 1969 but then why did you buy a Nokia 5233 in the first place? SE walkman are great for their sounds like my old W660 and w200i. I have this Nokia 5233 and you are right the pictures are pinkies but I find videos are good enough. You might as well go back to SE.

Hi guys.. i just did a slight mode with my back panel to improve the audio output as well as the quality. There is a significant difference in audio when the back panel is remover. We all already know that but my point is that the narrow slit and the protective metal mesh is what I think is the culprit in muffling the sound. So what I did was with a slightly sharp needle, I removed the wire mesh protective cover over the slit. Since I'm much careful with how I handle my phone, I'm not much worried about any dust entering the speaker outlet due to the lack of the protective mesh. But what I got in return is a surprisingly louder phone with a bit more clarity and openness to the sound output. And the best thing is that there is no visible difference in the phone as no one will notice the missing protective mesh.
And if you have a hacked phone, you can use ROM patcher app to activate the Bass enhancement patch. This gives you Mega Bass like bass response at the same time maintaining the overall audio clarity.
Now I think I'm getting the most out of my phone with regard to audio quality.

E72 has almost all the features of w995 and still costs far less. So you're better off comparing it to the big guns from samsung and nokia in the same price range.
If you want a fair comparison, just compare it to samsung wave or n97 mini or n86 and see which one would come out on top.

Toooooooooooooooo good phone. I bought this 6 months back and very satisfied. This phone is without 3G & GPS but battery and call options are very impressive. It supports all themes and softwares(basic). No virus problem. I added 8GB MEMORY CARD and the speed is very good too. It supports upto 16 GB. i normaly download 6 movies in a time and very useful during travel. The screen is wide and clear. Movies you can watch it in full screen and battery backup is 6-7 hrs continous when you watch movies. It supports 3gp video files. That you can convert easily in your PC using Realtek file converter.
Camera is pretty decent and good video. I use all the options everyday and never got hanged.
If you look for big screen and fun.....never miss this phone.

If you don't know what settings to apply, reply to get it. As for where to download the converter, just google and you will be given a link to the official web page of this converter. This converter is full version and free.
