whereas Creative EP50 has Frequency Response - 20Hz ~ 20kHz Sensivity - 111dB &Impedance - 32ohms......
Which should i prefer ???

It just so happens that I have a bad experience with sandisk as my 2GB card went corrupt all on a sudden and became totally unsuable. But I still have my transcend 2GB in good working condition.
The class refers to the minimum write speeds of these cards. So a higher class generally refers to a higher write speed. Though so many users say that the speed differences cannot be felt in real life on a phone, it is always better to choose a higher class card just to be on the safer side. In addition nokia recommends class 6 cards on this device.
For me, using the class 6 card, I haven't come accross any lag or sluggishness though I use an 8GB card with almost 7GB of data. The higher class comes to play when you record high quality videos. A slower card results in dropped frames and choppy videos due to the delay caused during the writing process. it is also faster when transferring large amounts of files from PC to the card. It takes way less time.

Almost all shops here in Mumbai stock SanDisk memory cards. In few shops i did find transcend but they were class 2 ones. The salesman had no idea of class 4 or 6.
