I have the exact solution to your problem as I also had the same problem in my device earlier so all you need to do is follow these steps...
1) Take out the memory stick
2) Dial *#7370# to restore the settings
3) When it asks for PIN then enter 12345 its default but if you have locked your handset with any security pin then that is the PIN you are suppose to enter
The phone will be formatted the problem will be solved but keep in mind to backup all the contacts in the sim memory & after the handset is restored to its default settings then scan you memory stck first then enter the memory stick in the handset its the best & the safest way to solve the problem.

hi, can anybody help me plz. I scanned da memory stick with a anti-virus in my pc, some were detected & deleted. but from then da gallery is showing nothing, I can see them via file manager. wat can I do now?

what is the price of the nokia 5233 display....???
last night i start my internet by my mobile(nokia 5233) through my laptop....after used the internet the my cell switch off automatically,,,,and after some time, i start my cell but i can't seen anything in my cell..............so what is the problem in my cell....is my cell display fused or damaged his I.C.

... moreI actually didnt get exactly how is the timer suppose to be counted cuz it is said to be the warranty of NOKIA handset which can be seen from original NOKIA touch handsets nonly. So the other guy posted as in how can he figure out that the handset is original or not. So that is why I asked him to do this so I still have to get the confirmation as in how the warranty is to be counted as days as minutes or as months.
