Help! I been using this phone for 1yr and it hangs alot. I was advice to update the software. Can anyone tell me how to update without going to the service center? Can i update my phone through pc or laptop? Thanks!

It's bn gr8 9ice using nokia 5250. Regarding the unlock, pls try using headphone without microphone to unlock it whenever is locked
