Hey i have a worry that my 5300 becuz it is white will turn yellow u know at i mean is there anyone that can let me know that has had this phone 4 a long time

I wanna buy this phone. But confused this or 5500 or 6300 or N72. Any1 know Which video formats the phone play? Doesn't the phone support Mp4 format? Plz mail me.....

Pls hlp! I got this phone with 256 microsd card. It is printed on it. But when i put the card in the fone it shows 236 mb. Why? What should i do? When only 180 mb is used the phone shows " memory almost full delete some items" what's the problem? Sometimes the screen suddenly turned white. Why? There is also echo problem during calling! Someone pls tell me what to do! Friends, i need your help!

Hi! I have been using this fone since oct'07. Battery life is poor. But those who wants to improve the music may do this. Always copy music @ 128 kbps, song size must remain within 4-5 mb. Set the last eqalizar button to the top. The other ones must be set one step below the topmost position. Wat bout fm? Why is it not as good as music player? I am from kolkata. Contact me @ 9903172432

hi frnds...this is a good phone...good quality of video, photo and sound...its very easy to use for ne one...and its performance with gprs and edge is extra ordinary...but it also depends on ur service provider...draw backs i found is in sliding the phone...it causes friction with the key pad and nos 2,5,8 gets rough due to friction...another -ve is its internal memory...just 5 mb...which is far below than need for this kind of mm phone...u have to keep moving files received from phone memory to memory card...it also gets restarted on its on some times with out ne external interfearance...battery is bit of law quality...bcoz its a music edition so much better bettary is required for this phone...over all 3.5 out of 5 from me...

i don beleive it the best sound or good quality.i have many customer drop it and LCD crack,sound nokia not perfect or compact except 7710 and 6708.trust me.u will face on ribbon(display)problem when the time has come,hua ha ha ha haaaa...

this is the best phone ever. i dropped this several times and still works perfectly. the sound quality is the best. very loud. good sound quality. even the camera is great. great of all 1.3mp cam. dont hesitate to buy this phone. especially if ur a music lover.. !

I purchased this phone for my daughtaer and the screen cracked within months. I bought another one to replace it and it also cracked within months, again without any misuse. In Canada Nokia is owning up and replaced the screen on the first phone, but I'm still out $300 for the second one. This is a terrible phone.

I bought this phone last June and have replaced it 5 times already. Yep, that's right this is my SIXTH one! I sent back the 1st one due to headset coneection problems, then I dropped the second one and broke the screen. It was covered under insurance, not the warranty so I had to go through the insurance company to replace it the next 3!! They offered a different phone but I would have to buy a memory card for it (that is not a comparable replacement if you ask me since this memory card came with the phone) so I declined. Now my camera has broke on this one so they are replacing it AGAIN! I loved nokia phones til this one. Very Very bad quality, or else they just sent all the pieces of crap to me and left all the great working ones out there! :)

nokia 5300 is such a grate nice phone, i like it cuz it's just a simple phone but it has all the features like camera and music, bluetooth.... it 's realy a good phone

dear ppl,
pls dont buy tis phone. No doubt it is good, but it suffers from bad design problem,
within few days,u will notice a cracked LCD screen. read tis and u will know

This is 2 all of u who wrote Nokia 5300 sucks....
1> BATTERY LIFE - Don't forget it's a music phone...4 a music phone it has really good battery life, if this is poor 2 u then what is N series?
2> BUILD QUALITY - I dropped it 4 times...but it still works!!! Just a few scratches, that's all.
3> SOUND - Not a Sony Ericsson killer, but gets very close.
3> DISPLAY - TOP NOTCH!! Compare any phone of this price range and see the difference...
4> CAMERA - One of the best 1.3 MP I've ever seen. Don't expect cyber-shot image quality from a phone of this price.
5> PRICE - A solid music phone for just 6000 INR ($162). I see only 2 contenders - Sony Ericsson W300i and the soon 2 come Sony Ericsson W350i (should be sround $170).

broken screen is NOT covered under warranty.. u havw to pay extra to get it done.. and once again all those ppl out there, if u are considering this phone, pls drop the ides.. there are many better phones out there! this is one of the WORST! trust me!!

I have this phone, and it rocks! Very capable phone, and has lots of extras!! Definately get this phone!!
