i am using nokia 5300 since 2006 december . the phone is really superb . and i like this phone because of the stereo effect .

Anyone have issue with the camera sometimes it takes a good pic and then other times the pictures are very pixely and blurry? I have this issue. Other than that this is a great phone. Speaker phone could be louder.

i have the black version of this phone and it looks really good. . .i want some serious advice though. . .even the admin people are welcome to reply. . sometimes i connect my phone to external Edifier speakers that i use for computer. . .sounds like a hi fi to me. .i want to know if it is ok if i connected it to such spearks or whether the power drawn from the phone will screw my phone up or not. . .another thing is that theres a minor line in the display . . .a dark line which travels 1/4th the way till the middle of the screen only when the phone's on standby mode. .upon pressing the any button when the display lights up, the line goes off. .i'm a bit worried about it. . .the model as complaints with cracked screens but i'm pretty sure its a software thing more than a hardware thing because it doesn show on normal mode. . .

i used to have this fone and i must say that the speaker of this fone is way much better than nokia 5310. the only problem with the nokia fone is the battery. tsktsk. also be careful not to mess with the ribbon inside the fone since it's slide up. =D

Hi people.
I have one (NOKIA 5300 XpressMusic) and it looks great. I haven't any problem with it and I think that it is a very good MOBILE PHONE.

i am using this phone from last 1 year and it is doing great ...!!!only prblem in this set is with its loud speaker ,its sound is not good enough to play at outdoor ....

i used a prong to remove the card only later to find out that it just slides out when u push the card instead hard enough for it to comes out, be careful removing the back cover. you might divide your phone into half , hehehe ....

A lot of people blame a the phones for their battery life...but sometimes the people are to be blamed/ from experience when i charge my phone overnight when its new they battery last longer.remember people the first few charges should be done overnight or at least for a couple of hours. but some people charge it for like 1/2 and hour and expects it to stay all day.....the thing is alot of phones when they are plugged it the indicator for battery life shoots up to full after 5 mins....so that could be your problem.... and if you think half an hour is too long to charge a battery you are just cheap.

Terrible phone can't wait till i get rid of it .
The red down the side of the phone gets really dirty to the point where its looks manky then if you go to change the cover it does not work ??? wierd.
Lastly the battery is a shocker fully charged i go to work which is 20 mins at best on the bust and its eat half the battery already .

I saw it in one of my friends hands and it was like love at first sight.Two days later I bought it.I am only learning all the features in it but still it has all the features that u generally see in Nokia phones the primary being user friendliness.Quite a good phone.i would give it a 9/10.

this is by far, the best phone i've ever, EVER owned. after a year of owning it, i'm still in love with it just as much as the day i bought it. it's durable, reliable, looks great and just an overall great phone. highly recommend it! 10/10 all the way around!

no .. i had dropped my 5300 ..
honestly .. it doesn't cracked ..
the sounds of 5300 is very good..
too loud and very fine..

this is the best flip phone i've had so far from Nokia..very reliable and doesn't get damage easily even if you drop it like many times..well, i dropped it like a million times and it's still working perfectly fine!...it's loud, small and cute too!!

I am using a 5200 for about a year...u know the build quality of both 5200 and 5300 r more or less same. I dropped it twice, the plastic casing opened up a bit both the times revealing a little of the internal machinery, i pressed it a little and the phone became as it was. No performance disorders or whatsoever, just the speakers seem to output a little cracked sound nowadays.

for my opinion,i think this phone rockz!but the default files on the phone sucks..just like in some music files..i keep on forwarding and forwarding if im listening to it..but overall opinion on this phone,it really rockz! :)

Oh yeah the loudspeaker breaks so update you're software from v3.93 yo v5.51. The loudspeaker won't break anymore.
I dropped this phone once, nothing happened! Durable phone!

has anyone dropped their 5300 yet? what happened to it? Is the 5300's dexterity good enoungh for a first time fall? someone please answer
