Honestly, in my opinion. Worst phone. I droped it ONCE and the whole screen cracked and it cost me 120 to relplace it. I then had it in my napsack and the screen cracked one more time. This time i am not replacing the phone. It will cost me 70$. I would not ever recommend this phone.

This phone is so cool I just love it and would not trade for any other model.I downloaded videos on my memory card and they look great and sound great too.The MP3 player works great too.The speakers are loud seven months with it now and nothing has gone wrong its awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had this phone for a year already and have to say that I have no complaints about this phone it works great!My battery goes 3 days without charging and I do use it alot.The camera is good I dont understand why some people says it sucks because it doesnt maybe you need to mess with the settings.I love this phone I higly recommend it

i got this phone and i want to ask some questions...
1- battery life is too little and that is its main problem why so...? make a remedy for it
2- I want dictnories for my nokia 5300.
3- I want applications like MS word , MS exel for that nokia 5300. and also antivirus version for my phone.
4- How to stop that beep sound when the call is being recorded?

nokia 5300 containing best feature,flexible to use & easy then other compatible handset,but slight problem related to battery & speaker.

which is better between nokia5300 and nokia6300? in terms of battery life, OS and picture/video quality. i'm having a hard time choosing. thanks.

hi all,
i got this phone and i will answer some of ur questions.
1- battery life is too little and that is its main problem :(
2- for people how ask about dictnories , yes there is alot for it u can find some in nokia web site.
3- U can add many applications as MS word , MS exel for that one who ask about this
4- About antivirus questions , there is no antivirus for S40 series as there isn't viruses for it , and dats great :)
5- and da amazing thing is its internet connection i use Vodafone network its connected at 460 kb/sec

Hello, it's a nice phone as price is not so much & it have many nice options thats make it quite same as many other pricey phone. it has mpeg4 player. but i think that its lacking is not to be s60 phone.its another problem is that
it is not shock resisting as many other nokia phones.However a big problem is battery life. I use it and i m so much annoyed with its low battery life.battery life is most important for music phones where is the main deficit of 5300.

Well...to tell the truth.The battery power i agree is a lil low.But thats nuthin as compared to its look and its features.Its too good for a girl!
And most of all....i dont think there is any phone that is perfect....no ultimate phone made yet.Not in my knowledge.Every phone has it's faults....and i think this phone is good for it's price!

Hey iam sarthak and iam using it for 8 months the hopeless phone ever manufactured by Nokia battery lasts for only 4days and cannot use office applications like MS WORD MS EXCEL MS POWER POINT and worst experience of internet without 3G

Hey ppl i jus bght d 5300 black few days ago m quite satisfied wid all d features of d fone d nly thng tat i dun ustnd is y d volume of d ringtone increases (wen sum1 calls u) evn if u put it in d ringin mode is it a sftware issue or all d fones hav d ringtone feature wich begins a lil low n thn goes 2 d max volume i trd chngin it frm ascending 2 ringin mode bt stil no effect plz help Ciao P Bizz
