this phone when someone sends a text message does it come up on the screen like view now or later or does it just go right into the inbox?

Great phone!
Good audio quality...but i have a problem with the battery:It does not last like most Nokia phones.
It is multi-functional...good!
Also PC friendly!

how do you remove those bloody ringtones from appearing in your own musiclist?it just showed up in the default 256 mb card from the packaging

i got this phone 2 weeks ago.its great,no problems so far,but to all 5300 owners,wait till update version 3.93 comes out.version 3.92 really f**ks up your phone.otherwise its a great phone.

i got this phone for about 1 year already, during the 1st month of my ownership of this phone i dun see anyone having it. now, every tom dick and harry is having it and it annoys me damn well. the battery sux but the music quality is NOT BAD compared to other nokia phones. thinking of getting w800 coz of its nice appearance but it's "extinct". *sigh*

this phone is garbage...i have only like 2000 texts in the inbox and it takes about 15 minutes to start it....sometimes involving me popping the battery out casue it lokcs up...save your money

It's really nice but if you put a big memory, the music player will be slow. I don't recommend it for people who like music in their cellphones.

According to gsm arena and many other web reviews the 5300 has excellent audio quality but thats only if you use a good quality headset with the supplied adapter.

okay i have a sidekick and its not a good phone at all and i want to get this phone maybe but i want to know when you get a text message does it come up on the screen like view now and later like on verizon and cingular phones? and if i dont like that phone i wanted to get Motorola Z6 Orange but i dont know how i would go about getting it with T mobile how would i do that?
