Volume buttons at the side is never locked. It still will change ringer volume even at keypad locked

Pros -
1.Small device
2.Easy to hold
3.Build Quality is up to the Mark.
Cons
1.Battery Backup isnt that promising. A few hours of music playback will eat up a chunk of the battery.
2.Only Average Speaker loudness when playing Music. Its as loud as Samsung A10, which isnt particulary that loud.
3.Speaker Quality is terrible.Even Samsung Guru music 2 sounds cleaner and had more depth compare to this 5310.
4.2g means its pratically unusable, for internet.
Opinion- If you looking for a cheap music phone, dont buy this..
But If you are looking to gift someting to your Grandparents on their birthday..maybe you can gift them this device..

I Bought Nokia phone 5310 from UAE last month by warranty xchange for 3310 which was not working properly.
Within one or two weeks the skin of the body and keypad started pealing off.
Now when I dial a number the phone restart.
I took it to authorised service centre, they say they don't service keypad type mobile.
Please advise.

Old 5310 is better. Don't buy this. I really hate today's basic phone "OS". If you can find an old 5310 buy it instead (bought mine for 10 bucks) still worth more than than this "new" version.

But people do no longer feel concerned about the safety of mobile phone radiation. How the powers to be came to a conclusion what the safety level is, I have no idea. Some people are more susceptable to the radition than others and a lot of mobile phone manufacturers no longer publish SAR levels their phones emit. Only time will tell.
