I had this phone for about a month. Most of the time it would sit in my draw at home as i did not use it much. Within no time it was freezing. I handle it very carefully and had a rubber case around it from day 1 and NEVER removed it's original plastic film over the screen when you first unbox the unit. That's how much care i had for it. However, one day i try and turn it on with full battery and it was not turning on! I tried many ways to start it up, like removing the battery and putting it back in and nothing.. I then tried to recharge the phone battery but nothing happened, it was dead. VERY disappointing considering how much i took care of it. So i returned it for repair but 3 months down the track there was no progress with the phone.. I eventually got a refund and NEVER EVER plan to get the same phone again. Another thing i have to mention is that this phone is so flimsy and weak. The build quality is very bad and feels hollow and produces a very cheap sound when tapping the back cover. Cheap plastic ALL OVER! The weight distribution feels ridiculous here's how; it's heavier near the top and lighter on the bottom so when you're texting or dialing in someone's number one-handed it feels very uncomfortable and unbalanced and i often used two hands to make sure it doesn't slip from my hand. I admit the phone's music player and sound quality is top notch and the screen is very crisp and clear but EVERYTHING else is sub-par. It's really not worth all the trouble to try and maintain it because it most likely will break down!

I love this phone ^_^, have it 3 days now and its working like a charm,ppl said they had prob with vibrate but everything is working fine u just need to go through everything.The only fault i would point out is that it should of have the mini USB so i can charge it any where there's a computer since almost everyone has a cable for it. u anyone have prob email me and i'll try to help out legendaryrickmett@hotmail.com 8.2/10 Stars

Does anyone know how to get my phone to display incoming phone numbers. It always displays 'call' but doesnt say who is calling even when the callers are contacts in my phone. Thanks

this is a great phone...but till now it has frozen a dozen of times...oh and its camera stinks...

I m not sure but this phone is not able to support 4GB MSD CARD.

good phone...
i have left it fall down stairs' on tiles etc. and it is still perfect!!:D
only 2 faults..da camera is slow nd it dont accept all theames!!!!
otherwise..very good!! :D:D

This is the second time for the week my phone froze completely on me.Not a single knob was workin...calls were comin in and I couldn't answer...played around a little with it until it started workin again...now today it froze again...decided to take it off and put it back on and now it doesn't come on at all...please help...i luv my phone..

rocky, 28 Feb 2009is there any need of security code to update phone 5310??? ... moreyes u can update. u need nokia pc suite and nokia updater installed. connect to pc. start pc suite. Press file>update phone software. and u shoula have continuous net connection..
