I've had it for five days, after playing with a BlackBerry 8130 for two weeks. This little machine is awesome. Great sound!! I've downloaded tons of music and it is clear and crisp with my earphones; I usually don't have the volume at more than half. Same with the radio; it comes in clear.
Battery life is impressive for something so slim and with a fairly big screen. I downloaded things for hours, then talked some more, and the display barely went down a notch. 5.4 talk hours, 300 standby hours!
I don't play games on it, so no idea how it compares to other phones. Basic programs are great (calculator, calendar, etc.), and synchronizing it to the computer makes it super easy to make updates without using the number keys. And it came with a 2GB microSD card, so I can put even more in there. It can take a second or two for things to open and close, but not too bad.
Put simply, I'm impressed. I signed a 30-month contract with this company, and they will be an enjoyable 30 months with this phone.

I think thats a very good phone and better than N series . just that has a problem;if u fall it down it will be damage so u should buy a cover for that. except this 5310 is perfect (excuse me if I have a problem in my writing I live in Iran and I'm learning English now)

the camera is bad, both in video recording and in capturing pics
average reception .. not too good
dont play mp4s nor rm and many more

Dani, 25 Feb 2009I Know it says it on the specifications page that it compat... moreWell, I have a 4GB MicroSD HD card in it and it runs slow booting up. (it needs to go through all the songs and movies and such) After a period of time the phone works fine.
I have to admit though, the slowdown booting up can be abit annoying.

Assalam-o-alaikum,i had this phone in the mid of Ramazan,till then i m using it n so far find it briliant in working,the camera is superb but still its video quality is bit poor,i think one may install video application in it to improve performance.

I just needed to find out how do I go about getting my recieved music files,then u can move them onto my memory card in a music file on there.I tried that ,but somehow its not going into the music file itself but just on memory card.I also tried pics and videos but the same thing.I am 34yrs. old for one thing, but I do like the phone itself, but too thin.Hopefuly someone else had the same problem.
