Hassan Khan, 12 Feb 2009well i have been useing this fone for so long tyme now neve... moretell me yeah, doesn't ur phone freeze because i wanted to get that phone (5310). Most people say that the phone freezes and you have to take out the battery, do you have to do that?

Immediately after purchasing I had problems. I thought it was my providers "Movistar" that was the problem. I took it back to the Movistar. They kept it for a week and then returned it to me saying it was repaired. Nope....it still had very weak reception. Contacts could not hear me. I took it in a total of 3 times. Finally Movistar tells me it has "moisture" damage. It was never dropped into water I told them. No they tell me it's too humid in the Republic of Panama for this phone. They would not refund my money. The phone stopped working completely after owing it for 3 months. I would not recommend this phone although I liked the features

cedric, 15 Feb 2009how can I do that? bring it back to the person you bought it from or bring it to someone who knows how to fix phones or computers, they might be able to help you. If you can't do that then find somebody who fixes electronic stuff. This one depends on which country you are from; you could bring it back to the Motorola headquarters and ask them to fix it for you.

I absolutely love this phone! it is so tiny, but has a lot of features. the screen quality is amazing and the internet on it is great! The only thing i don't like, is that the recording isn't very clear. But the music on it sounds AMAZING. I would recomend this phone to everyone!!

Hi, Got recently a 5310, cool phone, however I have a question about the stand-by time. If you play music, it only lasts a few hours. Without the music, it goes down after about 2 and a half days. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the battery?

this phone is really sweet but be cautious in handling when carrying in hand or in your shirts pocket,it is better to put it in shock proof casings.
another thing is u should aviod headphones comes with in its package beter to use sony's bass reflex type and the result is really rock,n
I am using sony,s on and hahahahahaha...............

cedric, 14 Feb 2009my 5310 usually restart,is it normal? No, it's not normal for a 5310 to reset. What you need to do is get that phone fixed.
