I have 5300 and i am planning to buy another nokia phone. I am planning to get 5310 since this is much thiner and slimmer than my old express music phone. A couples of hour i am going to buy one to enjoy my misic phone. Actually 5610 is good but i like thin and slim type phones.
If I were you, hurry up and grab one express music phone.

thiis mobile very good but has one porbplem when someone call me i can not hear any ringtone i put it the speaker phone is very low

I have the blue version..it rocks i tell yah! great sounds can almost match my ipod nano video but still ipod wins in a small percent. VEry thin, very handy, doesnt hang or restart w latest version.
Grab it recommended for music lovers who wants ear-bashing sounds, but not for picture fanatics it has mediocre camera takes 4-5sec to process almost always looks like ur in night mode (slow)...

The whole point of the 5310 is its wafer thin and weighs 'nothing' ... The 5610 is very thick and more bulky .. Compare like with like ..
The N82 is superb - cam/music/speakers/fast etc .. but is a brick and costs a lot more ...
Not had any problems with my 5310 .....

ABHI:
if you read the forum you may have noticed that many people are having software and many other problems. 5310 and the 5610 is basically the same phone except the 5610 has a 3.2mpxl camera with auto focus and its 3g. and nobody has complained major faults with it. so if you can stretch your budget a bit get the 5610.

hey guys.i have a few doubts here.
1.can we play mpeg videos which are copied and pasted from comp to this phone?is it possible in nokia 5610?
2.is the loudspeaker any good in this or is the nokia 5610 any better?and i mean this through the phone speakers.
3.i am really into music a lot so which onw would you recommend nokia 5310 or nokia 5610?

great phone
its more than just a music phone
overall it is nokia
most faithfull
a very little problem with its software
but it will be removed soon..

i am really surprised to hear many negative responses regarding nokia 5310
i have been using nokia 5310 for more than a month now but it is really very very good phone
it has excellent sound, very stylish and very light phone. excellent picture quality... nothing like i had to restart.
only drawback is that sound of speaker is low and i tend to miss calls sometimes.
my advice to all the people is
if u r a real and a true music lover
just buy it...................

good slimfone but don't use the headset when playing misic or play games on this cute fone or else you'll get dissapointed!!!

People should do the latest firmware update. It seems Nokia have addressed the locking up issues with this ...
Mine has only locked up twice in months, and never since latest firmware ....

the nokia 5310 is amazin but when i play music it restarts itself randomly and there is no way of stopping it.

5310 its real cool phone i use always nokia and i use all kind of nokia but this best music mobile
