i got this phone 1 month ago and i say it really rocks despite for its low speaker and not really the best 2 mp camera,the sound quality and the 3.5mm jack is the asset of this phone,i recommend this phone to all music lovers and loves eye candy phone the battery is good thought and im not expiriencing the restarting issues my phone is made from china. NO REGRET!

I bought this phone one week back. Now this phones keypad light dont used to work properly. sometimes it dont used to light after unlocking the phone. Can somebody let me know what should i do to get it corrected. is it a software problem? Please guide

i bought a 5310 2 days before.the plus point are 3.5 mm audio socket,excellent slim design,multi format support,excellent audio quality ,4 gb micro sd support and very fast response(comparing with Nseries) te minuses are very low ring volume,take too much time for getting fully charged and low back-up time...
altogether i give 7.5 out of 10

it's a good mobile ,Cute Shape but there is a problem when i try to connect to wap browser the mobile will restart, i changed 3 mobile and the problem persist.

sonny ericsson W-series(walkman phone series) are alot better than nokia music edition.. i've been using nokia for 4 years, and now i'm using sonny ericsson.. you can feel the differences, the casing quality, sound quality, program, speed, camera quality are alot better than nokia.. trust me!

Does anyone on this list have a fix for the following problem?
I installed Nokia PC Suite which shipped with the 5310 and the software "sees" the telephone using bluetooth, however I revieve an error messages which says: "PC Software incompatable with Telephone Model" Therefore the PC Suite can not communicate with the telephone.
Any ideas?

Thanks Dani, as soon as you direct me to a walkman with a 3.5 mm audio socket I'll get me one. I won't accept that stupid fat "multiport" plug, specially when it's sticking on the side of the phone.

Can i get a firmware update in a nokia care centre.when i play a video and browse the menu, the phone stucks a little. What is the remedy?

If u are not sure of wat u're posting, remain silent.. it doesnt function on a symbian OS..
Moreover, why dont u go thru the forum once before u ask anything... silly questions lik whether the speaker is loud...?? its one of the commonest complaint wat users post very often....

what kinda ridiculous statement is that?! network wont interfere with your fone...network PROVIDES YOU WITH A NETWORK! Anyways,i am a network engineer and I m telling you, just go and flash your phone to the latest firmware, if they havent got any, just wait.

for 2@e}, you're wrong. i'm in indonesia, and since i bought nokia 5310 2 months ago, i have experienced crash more then 20 times.

i did the latest test with .mp3 playing on 5310, i did few hours long play test, different bitrate test (64, 128, 196), symbols on the .mp3 file name, and any kind of funny combination to make the 5310 crash, and guess what, no problemo. it never crashes. so it only leaves one possible cause: your GSM network interfere with the 5310.
all my friends in Indonesia never experience any problems with the 5310. where are you located?

hey.. did nokia released a new firmware for this unit?! sum1 tell me coz i'll buy 1 after xmas.. pleazahh!!
