guys iam using to 5700Xm.iam music freak i need lot of bass but im bit satisfy with 5700 soud quailty now tell me is 5310 have more bass or good sound as compared to 5700?
please help me out so tht i can exchange my 5700XM with this peice :)

I think it should have 50 MPix CAM with autofocus image stabilizer and triple anti-blur solution and ISO sensitivity of 10000 also they should include unlimited digital zoom in addition to 50x optical zoom extreme HD video recording of 1900x1080@120fps Nokia should also supply BOSE or JBL headsets for extreme music experience plus OS should be windows vista ultimate also processor should be intel core2extreme clocked at 2.8Ghz then i think people will be happy.

u know what, if ur top priority is Music w/ simple features in a small & light package and yet Affordable, then this one's for you.
i think w/ this phone you don't have to carry an ipod or an mp3 player anymore coz this one has a 3.5mm Audio jack,expandble memeroy, excellent screen, latest S40 interface, very light& slim @ only 9.9mm(and that means no more bulge in ur pocket)
but if the camera matters to you the most, there are plenty of camera phones out there to choose from.

Who says SE walkman last for year's they don't last more than year or two you will find many Nokia users who are using Nokia phone from last 4 to 5 years i.e, Nokia last for years (i'm not saying everyone's will last for this many years)

the thing is .SE Walkman Phones are More *Musicyy* then Nokia Music Phones
this 5310 doesnt look like its a competitor for the SE Walknans
SE's are TOUGH they wil last forever !!!!
just look after them ..there built to last just like anything else

what network did you get it on
and nokia do tests on it before releasing it so its probably a firmware fault

take it back and ask for a new one if it switches off.
money is never wasted if you got a warranty.

btw considering my budget, i will prefer buying 5310 over 5610..

The thing is my SE phones (all 3 of them) didn't last more than a year. After that time, they simply start freezing, seems that weren't made to last. :(
On the other hand, as much as I don't like Nokias, those were the ones that lasted longer (inherited all Nokias from my dad, a heavy user).
I'll give this one a try :)

actually i still haven't got the phone..a friend of mine lives in Dubai and he bought it almost a week before..
he had w550 before this one and he only have complains with the speaker quality...it can not be compared with 6230 but the bass content and avergae loudness is sufficient...and about the sound quality from headphones, it is really on the par with SE walkman series version 1.0..bass is sufficient and as it is a music oriented phone, you also get good headphones (probably like 5700...to sum up, this one stands head to head with SE walkman series like w550, w810, w800 and w200...im not sure about the Walkman Version 2.0 of SE...
anyway the picture quality isn't bad at all either...it is above average but the lack of autofocus and macro mode lose the marks...it doesn't have flash too :(

yes this phone is out in dubai for around 1300 dhs its nice and sexy i saw it will get it soon.....
