Its audio quality is on par with 5310xm while the n81 is slightly better. Apart from these 2 phones, it killed all the others especially when it came to frequency response, dynamic range and noise level.
Another thing is that the 5310 and 5320 have the exact audio chip and the audio quality test shows this. GSMArena reviewed the 5310 and said that it had 'some serious sonic power' and 'is quite up to the task when it comes to exceling in music', yet when it comes to the 5320 it becomes a different matter. Why?
About the wi-fi, it shouldnt be termed as a disadvantage, but GSMArena have been reviewing a lot of wi-fi phones of late like n78, e71, so im guessing theirs was a matter of personal taste.
I hear the 5800 xpressmusic wil be announced soon, (maybe this month) hopefully with another xpressmusic handset. Im banking on the 5700 sucessor. (There was a rumor earlier this year of a 5600xm as the 5610 successor, but i cant find the links anymore). The 5800xm specs-sheet is awesome but i aint a fan of touchscreen phones.

from wat i understand, 5320 was 2nd from d best n defeated N81 in THD, n was 3rd from d best juz behind N81 in IMD, n was clearly better than SE W980.

apart from stereo crosstalk w/c is d only edge of d high end music phone SE W980 shown from d tests (stereoness of tracks, but ds does not hold a heavy impact on sound quality per se but rather improves ur experience) 5320XM is clearly a better all-round performer in terms of audio quality (best part is u only pay half d price of W980) on said tests and IMHO 5320 deserves better highlight on its positive strengths. its essential negative point - stereo crosstalk is d main weakness of ds phone, w/c btw, not bad at all.
n another thing, dey highlighted 'no wi-fi' even if ds phone costs only half of those having it

I agree that this isnt the 5700 replacement. I dont see how GSMArena could not call the audio quality impressive. The audio numbers speak for themselves. Only the n81 and 5310xm could match it, especially the dynamic range. I own a 5310 and it is louder than my laptop (with the latest firmware update).
I see a bright future for the 5320, (especially with the good pricing) but im still gona wait for the true 5700 replacement or buy an n81.

Great review by GSMArena. I wasnt aware of the fact that the 5320xm was a 5700 replacement? I think thats where GSMArena are wrong, surely the true 5700 replacement will/should have atleast a 2.2inch screen, slide design, touch navi wheel and probably dual 3D stereo speakers. With that said the 5320xm in my opinion is going to sell well, it makes for a better music phone than a SE W910, has good sound quality, 3.5mm jack, 369mhz CPU, LOADS OF RAM ,new fresh symbian UI with transition and menu effects as well as Ngage keys AND lets not forget it runs Symbian S60, the best selling Mobile Operating System and Platform in the rest of the World (outside the USA). Well done NOKIA.
Ps: my N81 is far better though :-P

This phone looks great, def gonna get it. Nokia is releasing some decent phones with everything you could want plus a 3.5mm jack.Awsome.

But the SE phones uses MicroSD cards also not just the M2 cards (if you look at the reviews and pics of the cards used, it's really MicroSD cards).

Its a music edition but with that MONO speakers?? Still it is supposed to produce crisp and loud sound. The camera is also supposed to be not quite good. But it has latest s60 firmware, fastest processor, largest RAM and a cheapest price, that is 1950 euro plus taxes. I am planning to buy it. If some body got the comments on sound and camera it would be great. If you are a symbian lover than a multimedia lover them this is the correct phone for you.

man, this phone is frappin' HOT!! I plan to buy this to exchange my 6120. -__-" just look at that wonderful 5320's glossy navi pad! looks like it won't peel in the long run unlike 6120's.
its stil pricey as for now. have to wait till December. This goes into my Christmas Wishlist. :)
By the way, does this cool dude have RAM? i see 369mhz processor was indicated only. this should have RAM coz it running a new symbian os series!! -0-
