Sorry brother... I think you will have to do a hard reset... I think you know the procedure... First of all save all your contacts and private data and then go with a hard reset...
If even that doesn't help, warranty claim would be the last solution as it covers hardware as well as software...
Seems like a software fault particular to your mobile..

@ nuwan: i have changed the theme and also removed the memory card but still the buttons are not working, i had also scanned it from kaspersky anti-virus but no virus detected

I am so excited. . especially if the new symbian is now equipped with kinetic scrolling in their "main menu". Album cover flow to their music player,a better virtual qwerty keypad. . A new gallery. Oh,by the way I downloaded the new photo browser from the ovi store,it has greater eye candy, than the standard gallery (not that buggy photo exchange what the gsmarena shared about that's crap :C) when you open it scroll up and down it doesn't go flat but it turns to like a starwars visual experience. . you'll get the point when you dowmload it

Some themes have that sort of effects but I'm not so sure because your description is too short to identify the cause.
However do the followings.
1) If you've applied a new theme just change it to the default theme. (i.e. 'Strips Red')
2) Go to menu - settings - personal - home screen - home screen theme and select "Contacts bar"
Your problem should be solved now... If it still persists then try restarting your mobile WITHOUT THE MEMORY CARD..

Yes... You will have to upload your IMEI no to a particular website and get the Key and Certificate files which are for your mobile from that website..
Then only you can install HelloOX2...
After installing HelloOX2 what you have to do is, just to apply all the patches it gives...
Then No more certification errors will be there...
Here is the website I got my Key and Certification files... I can trust these guys as so far I didn't face any trouble of uploading my IMEI to them...

Hei brother... I'm also from Sri Lanka... Glad to know you... One more thing.. Before you're going to buy this from a Shop... Did you try wow classified adds? Because last week I saw a 5530 in wow adds for only 20,500 RS... (A used one though I think it's fair)
However getting a new one with warranty is recommended... Buy a Sunday Times and have a look at Hitad magazine... That will give you an exact idea about the prices of this phone... (Very cheap prices are there for the same Nokia mobile...) I don't think you will try to buy from Soft Logic...! I will not recommend that unless you're very rich to waste your money...!

I will give you a very simple trick to hide what you want to hide...
Use X-plore and go to your memory card - System (there's a folder 'System' in both memory card and phone memory)
Create a folder (give any name you want) INSIDE this system folder... (You can do it using X-plore)
You don't have to change any attribute or anything... Just create the folder and put the files you want to hide inside that folder...
THAT'S ALL...!
System folder is not watched by Gallery so that your files will not be visible in Gallery here after...! (Even using the 'File manager' you can't see this 'System') You can only use 'X-Plore' or 'Y-Browser' in order to see this folder and contents inside...

(I mean a comparison between 5530 & 5800 with your requirements...)
Very briefly again, if you ONLY concern about Camera, Internet & Music then go for 5800...
But remember, that answer is for what you asked... If you ONLY concern about above 3...
(Internet browsing, there's no different in speed when you use wifi in both.. But 5800 has 3G additionally.. And the screen is bigger too... So 5800 wins...)
(Camera also 5800 wins... Because it's got carl zeiss lens while 5530 doesn't..)
(Music both are very competitive to each other... Noise 5800 wins... Stereo cross talk 5530 wins... Frequency response, THD etc both are very similar..)
So it's your decision now...

Once you have installed the maps application, you will need to download the maps, to do that, you need to download the Nokia Map Loader, and select the maps you want to upload to your cell phone.
