I need help. how can i put custom themes on my nokia 5530 XM? do i need to hack the phone or put the theme directly to my phone? please respond anyone. thanks :]

my 5530 hangs almost after 3 days when i received a call and i have to put the battery out and then restart it, it pinches me very much

I have been using this phone since november 2009 and i found it a really great stylish and sexy phone its a true gift for the people who want entertainment without extra load on the pocket

really iam so confused between 5530 & 5800 which better of them? i dont care about 3G & i like 5530 so much but in the opinions list i read there r problems in restart & setup of some programs & in updateing software, thats right?
and in the end which one buy it?

Dear macy,
Skype doesn't support because it doesn't have a 3G camera. (a front camera)
But actually you can still use skype for chatting purpose...
Search internet for "nimbuzz"
It's very good software... Very popular too... It has skype support and plus yahoo messenger, google talk, facebook bla bla.. Almost all the most popular messenger clients are in one single application...
You'll be amazed...
Just try it..

Dear tarek,
Go to settings - personal - Home screen - home screen themes then select Contacts bar...
That will bring the contacts to your home screen...
That's what you want.. Right...?
About the battery life... Just check whether you've been given the Nokia Original battery... (You can see certain no of dots on the Nokia sticker on the back of the battery... Search on google how to check whether it's genuine..)
If it's genuine then there should be something wrong with the way you're charging the phone... Charge it until it's full and then check...
About me... I'm using wifi for 8 hours and listen to music for 4 hours... (Plus 1 hour of talk and 20 sms...) With all of above my battery lasts for 1 and half days and it's enough for me...

Dear tarek,
When you receive a file through bluetooth and when you save it, it'll go to memory card - Attachments. So go and search in attachments folder in your memory card.
But wait... This phone doesn't have a built in PDF reader.. I think you already know that... Right..?
(If you're using the trial version of Adobe reader or you've already bought the full version.. then forget about my doubt..)

Good wireless connection: I think E63 should be better but I don't know by my personal experience. I've used E65 and now 5530 and 5530 has better wifi. I'm always connected with office network and it's perfectly working with 5530.
Long battery life: Definitely E63 wins as it has 1500 mAh battery while 5530 has 1000 mAh.
Camera: 5530 wins by miles.. E63 has only 2 MP ordinary camera while 5530 has very good 3.2 MP camera with very very good video recording at 30 fps
Hanging: So far my 5530 did not hang at least once after I updated my firmware... I'm a hardcore user so I'm telling you.. If this phone hangs then it should happen by now...! Don't know anything about E63 on this. But it has a slow processor so the performance should be not that good as 5530.
Sound: What are you talking about..? Do you really compare Music Express phones with E series... Just don't even try... E series can't even turn with Music Express as far as sound is concerned... 5530 wins by miles..!
After all my definite selection would be 5530 and I'll not even think about E63. Followings are some other good reasons.
1) 5530 is newer (August 2009) than E63 (December 2008)
2) 5530 is extremely sexy when you hold it in your hand... Everybody will look at you.. (What a sexy phone...!) But what's E63...? I don't know whether nokia can sell such type of ugly huge phones.. (For me it's suitable for someone who wants to show up that I have a big big phone... But it's a shame.. Because everybody will laugh...!)
3) 5530 has the bigger screen plus it's touch capable.. E63 is the bigger phone but... it's screen is very tiny and ugly...
As to me E63 has two main advantages.
1) It has 3G (but no secondary camera though) while 5530 doesn't
2) It has built-in document viewer and quick office which let you open pdf and office files but 5530 doesn't have them inbuilt.. (You have to buy them..)
Choice is yours... Be wise..

well my battery life can go up to 3 days. :)

I got an update from Nokia Officials that Nokia 5530 will be launched in India by the 2nd week of January 2010 after fixing all bugs in it. Lets wait and see.
